BE Barre is a one-hour, non-impact, alignment-based routine that works your entire body while targeting individual areas to burn fat, sculpt and tone the arms, thighs, glutes and abs. Your calves and back muscles will also benefit from barre. Results are achieved through a combination of isotonic and isometric exercises originated form ballet and other modalities, which work the muscle to fatigue and then stretch to lengthen it out. This will also keep your heart rate elevated and more of the muscle’s fibers will be working very hard.

Barre Elements is the new and refined way to gracefully challenge your body’s strength and endurance while increasing your overall fitness. We like to call it ‘The Lady Workout”. Barre Elements uses a combination of isotonic and isometric exercises, neuromuscular activation and smart holistic formatting to craft long lean muscles while improving your posture, coordination and bone density. Leyn has a long history in the health and wellness field. Since the early age of five, she’s been dancing ballet, modern, dance and jazz. Aside from being a certified fitness professional over the last 25 years, Leyn has a distinct passion for teaching, and is driven to improve people’s lives with her energetic and positive teaching style.
