My favorite bed bath and beyond! Anyone who knows me can confirm this… heheh the Dadeland north store is the best. The associates are also awesome. Always willing to help with a smile on their face… This store is the largest I’ve been to. They sell every imaginable thing… honestly speaking I just love to browse. I am always fascinated by the items sold in this store. One of the best parts is you can sign up to receive coupons in the mail and online. They send these coupons quite frequent in the forms of $ 5.00 off a $ 15.00 purchase and 20%. They even accept expired coupons! They also have a 100% guarantee satisfaction and excellent return policy of the product you buy if it is faulty or for some reason is not what you expected. They also price match from certain stores, the only downfall is if you choose to price match you are not allowed the use of the coupons. Regardless if I go with the intention to make a purchase or not I always end up walking out the store with some as seen on tv product or funky gadget etc. I just can’t help it…

Not much has changed with this store since I initially reviewed it nearly 7 years ago now. I normally come here for their Yankee Candles, some décor items and maybe things like linens, soap dispensers and other home goods if I happen to be in a hurry of if this is the only store where I can find the specific item I’m looking for. This company usually sends mailers out about a dozen times per year with 20% off coupons, which are definitely a bonus!
As I mentioned in my previous review, if you have time to comparison shop, many items you’ll find here at BB&B can be found cheaper at other stores, or on the internet. That said, they do carry some décor and other items that one simply cannot find elsewhere or that are unique.

Best BBB in Miami. I went in a rush looking for platters and to update my registry. I went in to the bridal registry section in the back and met Cheryl. Cheryl is the most attentive, helpful and sweet person I have ever encountered in any store. You don’t come across these type of people so often.
I want to say how great and special she made me feel while going through the registry, she is seriously a gem to BBB.

Timothy in sheets was an angel when trying to outfit my apartment yesterday! He was kind and professional and gave us the best recommendations! This store is a great BBB and I really liked the shopping center!

I love coming to the store because it has everything, but once that you need to deal with the customer service people then the experience is a different story. I had to go make two different returns and the lady was giving me an attitude and rolling her eyes because she didn’t want to do it. I’m sorry, if you don’t like what you do then find something that you do enjoy doing.

This Bed BATH&BEYOND is really clean and nice the staff is friendly and they really help out there costumers keep up the good work always coming back

BEST Bed Bath & Beyond in S. Miami by far! I came here with my husband to register for our wedding and David the store manager was more than helpful! After leaving my list at home David walked us through the whole process start to finish, acting as my other brain and thinking of things I hadn’t even thought of! Personally I’m not a big fan of shopping, I find it quite tedious but David made the experience painless and easy, scanning things me and my husband liked, placing orders and looking on the internet to find exactly what he thought we wanted. He was so dead on and knowledgable about everything from correct number of formal settings to everything Bed Bath & Beyond. He was nothing short of AMAZING! Thanks David for a fantastic shopping experience!

I came here to buy tons of things for my apartment.
Not only did I find everything I needed, but the employees and staff members were INCREDIBLE!
Almost every employee that I passed while shopping asked me «How are you doing? Can I help you find anything?» which made me feel happy and welcomed. It wasn’t annoying or invasive, it was kind and attentive– the way good customer service should be.
Every time I needed help finding something, the staff members were knowledgeable and quickly pointed me in the right direction.
I walked out of the store with everything from a Keurig coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner, and a tool kit. The store has everything you need for your home, and many skin care and beauty products as well.
I love Bed Bath & Beyond, and I specifically LOVE this location.
I’ll be back many times!

Excellent and friendly service. Organized and easy to find just what your looking for. If they don’t have something in stock they go out of their way to find it for you. In comparison to other BBB this one is my favorite.

On my quest to eat healthier, I came here to buy a julienne peeler so that I could make zucchini pasta.
Since they have a large inventory, it was hard to find, so I called a worker’s attention. He didn’t know where they had them and pointed me to a variety set of peelers. Since I only needed a julienne peeler, I wasn’t interested in buying a whole set of peelers. Thankfully, my friend serendipitously found one julienne peeler by itself.
Overall, the inventory here is so wide and large that workers don’t know where specific items are. The place could be organized better. The workers here are friendly and attentive.

I shop in this chain frequently. Why? Normally if I am looking for an item for the home I can usually find it here. My daughter and I were shopping all day yesterday looking for a couple of new bed ensembles. So we went to JCPenny, Kohls, and Macy’s home store and I could not find anything I liked.
Heck they all had plenty solid white which is pretty but I have two long haired cats and a Sicilian hairy husband. So white is out for us. I was getting very tired of shopping about to give up when we decided to come here. I have been to this location a few times and always seem to leave with a negative shopping experience.
Yesterday was some of the worst service I have ever had in this chain.
Have you ever wanted to smack the hell out of someone? Well it took everything in my being not to. I found about four bedding sets I wanted to look at. The problem was they were on the top shelf about 20 feet high. So we had to get someone to help us. After about ten minutes we FINALLY find a young blonde girl, dressed like a slob I might add. She walks over with major attitude, rolling her stupid eyes right at us. Yeah this chick had nothing to hide, she just kept rolling them. When I asked her if I could see the sets that were up high she very sarcastically said all the sets are on the floor, walks away and is pointing see this one is the same. She went on and on until I finally said «NO, they are not all on the floor, can you please get someone to get them down. The little girl rolls her eyes and walks away.
So a manager walks over, young guy again with an attitude and he obviously does not want to get up on the ladder either. He begins to tell me they are the same as on the floor. I specifically tell him I would like him to pull 3 – 4 for me to look at. The young girl is standing in front of the aisle still rolling her eyes and smirking at us. Really, this is how you treat customers that are about to drop hundreds of dollars.
He climbs the ladder hands me down one set which of course was NOT on the floor. As I grab it next thing I know he is off the ladder and is putting away the ladder. Seriously dude, so my daughter and I stood in utter shock.
I did purchase one set. The bad thing for them is I wanted to purchase two different sets but because I could NOT get help I winded up with one. The staff here are young that all dress like slobs. I mean really you are a manager and you dress like this.
This store is awful and I will go to another location from now on.
Your HQ needs to evaluate your Customer Service skills.

This bed bath is really nicem has a lot of selection of different items. They accept expired coupons, and its hard to find help from the associates as they are not always in the departments where I am looking for stuff. Overall, this is one of the cleanest, friendliest locations.

IDK why I love this store so much?! I don’t have a use for much of the stuff in it. BB&B has expanded the «beyond» section to include toiletries, sunless tanners, and a bunch of totally awesome, random, knick-​knacks. They also have a nice selection on Yankee candles and usually three scents are put on sale every month. The staff is friendly and the quality of their products are high (and priced high lol). The parking is usually not a problem.

Watch out for that Beyond section… you never know what you will find there!
Bed, Bath, and Beyond (BBB) is one of those strange stores where you can just wander around looking for something or nothing and always walk out with something. If you need bedding or kitchen utensils or that weird thing-​a-​ma-​doodle you’ve always never known you were looking for… they have it. Generally, everything is a bit over priced; hence they snail mail coupons that are $ 5 off $ 30 or 20% off one item. In either case, save the coupon.
Bottom Line: There isn’t any other store like it. Their competition (Linens and Things) is long gone.

They have everything I need. The health and beauty aid selection is extensive and priced better than Walmart. Customer Service here is also great.

I come to this store in hopes that they carry the «beyond». Unfortunately, they only have household shit.
Really, I’m writing this review for one reason: customer service. Walk into this store and 32 employees will greet you, shine your shoes, and brush your teeth. No lie, if you’re feeling crappy and you’ve given up on the asshole population in Miami, come here for a friendly attitude– and don’t forget those 20% off coupons.

Attention K-​mart shopper’s, there is a better place to go, but we won’t tell you, so as to preserve the sanity of this store.
Nice thought, but not entirely true. I’ve found Bed Bath and Beyond, employee’s to be very VERY helpful, you can’t walk into the store with out the obligatory «Hi, how are you can I help you out» and yes they well give you the guided tour of the store. They do have neat stuff, the kind I watch on TV informercials, like the porcelain kinsu knife, that no doubt OJ wishes that he had, to the Tyson Vacuums with hurricane force winds!
I went there to buy some linens and ended up with 500 count sateen, not really crazy about because my previous Egyptian cotton ones were better, but know doubt I could returned these sheets, probably shredded and stained (ahh yes better days) and Bed Bath and Beyond would take them back.
So as far as customer service is concerned a 10 on the Andy meter, as far as product is concerned an 8 on the yeah I’d like to get that.
However, there is one issue that is unresolved especially in found in South Florida, and that is the behavior of the customers, since I wanted to be a doctor, or play doctor when I was around 8 years old, I learned the Latin phraseology on just about every documented group! and there were five groups I found very prevalent at this store, and it needs to be eradicated, hopefully with a Bed Bath and Beyond crop duster soon!
Pinecrestus Annoyous: That individual who thinks they have money and can do what ever they like.
Corrptus Miamius: The theft rate at this store must be incredibly high!
Hialeahus Icantdriveus: These are the ones that position there carts in strategic places, making it impossible to pass, and then look at you, as if your stupid (that sign is important to identify these creatures).
Coral Gabelus Pompous Assenous: That being said, they also are very similar to Miamius Dadeicuss Countiquitous Rudeinous, so very similar except the Gabelus will say he/​she knows the Gableous Mayor, and Miamius Dadeicuss will say he/​she knows the County mayor, when caught in illegal activity.
There is a plethora of these individuals who shop here so take heed when shopping and don’t buy any of the fine Bed Bath and Beyond cutlery if you run into this ilk, as you may want to cut there heads off!

I always find this place a little intimidating. Actually, no, I find it a lot intimidating, like I’m the Tampa Bay Bucs going up to the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field to play Green Bay on a pleasant –20 degree evening in late December. OK, slight exaggeration… not to mention overcompensation. But from the second I step in, it just smells… so…girly. And they sell stuff I have absolutely NO CLUE how to buy, like 400-​thread-​count sheets, drapes, shower curtains, and decorative pillows. Bed Bath & BEYOND! To me that always sounds vaguely sci-​fi. To Go Where No Curtain Rods Have Gone Before!!! Set the controls for the heart of the sun! Warp hyperdrive — to infinity and BEYOND!
Sigh…no, in this case, the «Beyond» is really just referring to the fact that they sell kitchen stuff too. Why didn’t they just call it «Bed Bath & Kitchen,» then?
This is no joke, whenever I step in here and get hit with that potpourri aroma so intense it nearly knocks me over, I feel a sudden urge to listen to ‘90s chick rock. It makes me want to go download Tori Amos’ «Little Earthquakes» and follow it up with some Fiona Apple while I chase my Midol with a Fuzzy Navel.
As my nose tries to acclimate to the smell, I walk with a purpose, trying to look like I belong here, hoping a store employee doesn’t come ask me if I need any help finding anything. Because I really don’t even know what I’m looking for. Alright, cut it with the melodrama already… I’m looking for towels. I’m looking for towels of reasonable quality and price that won’t bleed dye or shed lint like the crappy towels I always seem to buy at Target. In fact, I tend to come here when I get the feeling Target is just not going to be good enough.
But wait… off to the left, upon entry… it’s hard to believe, but there’s some cool stuff here. Lots of manly-​looking kitchen accessories and implements capable of doubling as crude weapons. I’m not kidding, you should see the stainless steel paper towel holder I once bought here. They also have countless knives, coffee makers, blenders, juicers, wine cellars (I would love one of those but there’s no room) — good stuff, and all very pricey. It’d be easy to drop a ton of money on all this gadgetry.
Then I turn right, and yup, there’s the scary part of Bed Bath & Beyond, the part with all the sheets, pillows, comforters and $ 59 towels. My eyes bulge at the price. Surely those can’t be the only towels for sale? Exhale… wait, there’s more over there. And I think it says $ 9.99 for a bath towel. OK. I guess I can deal with that. I buy two, in slate blue, and leave.
The humid, leaden air outside Dadeland Station never smelled so sweet.

I never have a problem returning anything.
And I return a lot of shit.
My husband has an actual opinion when it comes to home decorating.
He’s not gay, or European so I can’t explain it but the words” Whatever you pick will be fine” will never come out of his mouth.
But we have better things to do with our weekends then come here and I’m a stay at home mom. So, I come and buy one of each of whatever we are looking at, bring it home so we can decide together, and then return the ones we don’t want.
And as far as comparative shopping, you can’t beat having a TARGET one floor down.

If you forget to bring the 20% off coupons, you can bring your receipt back later with the coupons and they will credit you the difference.

This is the BB&B at Dadeland Station. This is a great location because of the ease of parking, the other stores in the «mall» and the proximity to Metro. Dadeland Station is a multi-​storey shopping center with one or two big stores on each level. You can take your shopping cart from level to level, store to store, and get stuff to and from your car very easily.
The BB&B there is extremely well-​stocked and the staff (surprisingly to me!!) are very well-​informed about their products. They must have a special customer service training/​screening program for employees, because 95 percent of the people who work, not only there, but in every BB&B I’ve been in have gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful. (At the BB&B in Pembroke Pines, they even let me in after the store had closed to exchange an item!)
You’ve got to love a store where you can go in with a price on an item from another store that’s 10 percent lower than theirs, and they will not only match that price, but will then let you use a 20 percent off coupon on top of that. I got a $ 100 blender for about $ 70 that way.
I really recommend shopping here. It can be overwhelming because of the amount of merchandise they carry, but it’s such a convenient place, you can break it up in to room by room trips.
Also, to have the convenience of Target and BB&B in one location, for price and product comparison, is just amazing! (And when you’ve shopped yourself into exhaustion, you can always run down to Lan downstairs and get a bubble tea!)
