Extremely frustrating experience. First of all I placed the order at 3pm asking if it could be delivered by 5pm. They said it should be there before 5:30. It got delivered after 6pm and their answer was: «we said it was going to be there before 5:30 but not once guaranteed a delivery time».
I also asked for a picture of the arrangement and they sent something which looked different without any advise. When I called back asking about this the answer was «if you look at the website it clearly says that we will replace any materials in case we’re out of stock».
Overall, pricey arrangements for such a poor service.

I am very pleased to say that I have found my favorite flower shop of all times! Talk about exquisite, unique, original arrangements that you get from this place. I amazed how beautiful their flowers are. The store itself is also so quaint yet, classy and upscale. They also sell the most amazing candles with the most amazing scents. OMG, these candles last sooo long and make my house smell sooo good. Anytime I have an arrangement to send, I definitely call BLOOMING FLOWERS on Brickell area or even their other location in Key Biscayne. The owner Elizabeth has some serious talent, she knows how to design in such a unique way, the flowers are always so fresh and Rob who is also an amazing designer. My deliveries always get there on time, and it always gets sooo many compliments. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants uniqueness and not just the same boring arrangement. You want to «WOW» someone, then give them a try. You won’t regret

Went there to buy flowers to my girlfriend for valentine’s day and was told that they would deliver it at 2. At 5:30 a guy who did not speak any English called me and then hanged up on me. I called him back several times but he did not answer the phone. After that, I called the flowers store and someone said that the delivery guy tried to contact me and my phone was out of service. WHAT? If you have a terrible service you excuse yourself and not try to blame ME. End of story? NEVER ask for delivery. Wish I have taken the flowers with me on the same day instead of asking for delivery.

Specifically ordered Tropicals and was told that’s what I would get. My grandmothers 80th birthday she receives red roses, I call the flower shop and the very rude person on the other end said «nobody is perfect»
