Hi everyone I had to write this review, As I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The cleaning was not up to standards, the only time I inspected the apartment it was a complete mess. In addition, the companies violated my condominiums code of conduct and she has been banned from my building. They were involved with Heavy arguments with my buildings valet staff and even my neighbors
I was renting my apartment on a short term basis and Angela, the owner was hired to be the cleaning crew. My building did not want me to rent short term so I cancelled my agreement with Angela. I started to receive complaints from tenants and found very dirty apartment and also missing towels and linens, dirty oven, bathroom not cleaned. It was the only time I checked her work and it was really bad.
After we had cancelled our agreement, She shows up at my place, without prior authorization and finds my place locked, as I did not know I had an appointment. She went and basically got kicked out for bad behavior. And then she charged my card with out my authorization. So she basically charged me $ 200 and she did not even clean nor I had asked her to come in.

You have it made always in time, very professional and outstanding job. I strongly recommend them. With Telma, the owner, always supervising, taking care of the most minimum details. Best Cleaning company in town.

hi please can you explain me how the service works, how much it costs and that is the promotion?

We’re VERY DISAPPOINTED in your service. Empty home previously cleaned after renters left — needed a deep cleaning in the nooks and crannies. Multiple drawers and various areas of the home were left with visible debris and filth after renters left. Shelves and ledges covered in dust. AC closets still left with lint even with the door propped open as a reminder. The master shower was nearly clogged with hair and mildew covering the shower ceiling which Angela was not prepared for because «I did not tell you beforehand». Who doesn’t bring bleach to a cleaning — or enough bleach. She could have sent her boyfriend who worked with her to the nearby store for more if necessary. Angela obviously wanted us out of the house so she could leave earlier than what the job required. Unprofessional, deceptive, and ridiculously priced. I’m a fool for trusting this company and paying for what I thought was a premium service when in reality it is substandard for a third of the cost.

I left for work this morning at 9:00. When I came home at 3, I thought I was in the wrong house. Our teenage daughter got home from school and her first words were «Oh, my god! There’s no dust in my room!» Our poor old blind pug, Jack — who’s been «marking» his way around the house for years now — had no idea where he was!
We’ve had a lot of «maids» over the years but they always seemed to just move the dirt around. Angela actually took it off the premises.
Very professional — brings her own equipment — and friendly service.

If you’re contemplating handing over the reigns of cleaning to an outside professional and question whether or not you can trust someone in your home for several hours… unsupervised… Look no further.
When life got just a little too hectic, our daughter started school and work picked up full time, we finally said we needed some help at home and we were truly blessed to find Angela and her crew.
For more than a year now, you know it’s going to be a great day when you come home after a cleaning day. The stress is off of you and you can literally breathe a nice (clean) sigh of relief in your home and concentrate on what matters most — your family.
