This is the best company on Earth! We had had other services in the past which didn’t eliminate our zillion termites. A friend recommended Hulett when she saw that we were desperate, and our termites were gone after a few treatments. The technicians are knowledgeable and polite, and they show up on time. We’re very happy with their services, and so are the friends to whom we recommended this company. Hulett has allowed us to get rid of our termite colonies without having to tent.

They not honor the service guarantee on their website, I was told its only valid on the initial treatment. Their technician never showed up to treat the interior of my house once, then they told me they couldn’t treat spiders even though they list it on the web site. Every time I had an issue the technician put the blame on me, 1st it was trees near my house, so I cut them down, then it was exposed areas, I fixed those. it just never ended. very poor customer service by billing and the technician.

These guys were very professional, the reason for the 2 stars is that when they came into my house to set up all the fans, one of my feral cats came in… We were given the clear to come back in today… And found my pet lifeless right by our couch…
I just wish they would have either closed the door and take another look through our house…

Hulett Pest control are full of crap. They told me that if I didn’t sign up for automated payments that they would have to charge me even if no one comes out to treat my home every month. I also don’t know what kind of chemicals they are using because the bugs are still in the home even after 3 to 4 treatments. Do yourself a favor and save your money because they are full of crap.

They inspected our home and showed us the termite damage. We needed the traditional tenting, not the tentless method. They are very professional about their work, and explain everything they do.
We will now follow up with the bi-​monthly pest control service for maintenance. Jonadab, who will be doing this for us, is very thorough and, again, explains everything he does.
