The complaints and low stars here are WELL WARRANTED.
I gave them 3 chances to make it right to NO AVAIL!
I also had trouble making appointments and getting them to answer the phone.
Appt 1– 2 pm. Had my baby sleeping in the stroller. The place is so ratty and I HAD TO ASK to get the pedicure tub cleaned after the last customer. The manicurist took 2 hours to do a mani/​pedi which didn’t last a week. Owner was LOUD AND RUDE when I asked her if she could speak a little softer so as not to wake the baby.
Appt 2– I made an appointment for 10am for a mani/​pedi and the OWNER did not arrive until 10:30am while the manicurist and I sat outside and waited. Her EXCUSE was, «This is why we NEVER make appointments BEFORE 10:30am. She was at the salon when I made the appointment. (Doesn’t she check her books the night before?)
Appt 3– 10:30am, I arrive at 10:25am to have mani/​pedi with specific manicurist and SHE’S WORKING ON SOMEONE ELSE! Owner tells me OTHER girl will do it while she is blowing out her own hair. I refuse and she makes the girls switch but is very rude and LOUD about it.
My 2 early morning appointments: The OWNER arrives dressed as if she’s going or coming from a disco (dated minis, boobs showing out of the side of her top, neon leggings, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL), and she starts CLEANING and MOPPING with PineSol THEN she starts (gag me) incense burning that burns your eyes and nose where upon she begins to do her morning beauty (?) ritual of make up and hair in front of all customers. If I had not experienced such a lack of courtesy and disregard for customers on more than one occasion, I could have regarded it as an anomaly but this OWNER should have HER LICENSE YANKED!

Terrible, just terrible. I am truly at a loss for words. Absolutely the worst pedicure/​manicure I’ve ever had. It was painful and took forever. Over 2 hours! The manicure alone took an hour. I honestly thought I would start bleeding by how forcefully she attacked my skin, poking at scraping at my cuticles. I found myself looking around the room to see if she was actually licensed to do business in the state because I found if hard to believe she went to beauty school. Simply awful and not worth the Groupon.
Also noticed the pedicure tub was NOT WASHED after the lady before me had a pedicure which makes me wonder if if I’d ever washed at all. How is this place in business?

I haven’t been to this salon in a while but I always had a good experience. I’ve gotten hair cut, style, mani/​pedi in the past. All were done really well. The time it takes them to do the services are a little longer than normal but never (in my experience) with the wait times described here. Yes, the salon had incense (since it’s Hindu-​themed) but it is an aromatherapy salon so hey…
I thought I’d put my opinion in here because I couldn’t believe it got bad reviews. I only stopped going here because I moved away from that area.

Apparently it’s a common trend for the manicurist to be nice but inefficient. I purchased a mani/​pedi on groupon to use at this location. The simple manipedi took 3 hrs!!! There were two manicurist and only one spa chair. In addition to the inefficient manicurist, the receptionist is a total airhead. I had call to ask for directions because my gps send me to the wrong place and she didn’t even know where she was standing. I wouldn’t return or recommend to anyone who values their time.

Manicurist nice and well meaning but terrible. Took 2 hours. Three days later every nail is chipped and cuticles ragged. She tried to buff my nails while I still had polish on. I bought 2 mani pedi with a groupon but will not use the second one.

I feel bad writing this review because all the ladies were so nice but seriously, I was there for three hours for just a mani/​pedi! My appointment was at 2pm, I get there and my manicurist is just starting someone else’s pedicure. There are 4 ladies just hanging around, yet it took an hour for someone to start doing my nails. Two hours later, I have a beautiful mani/​pedi. Even with a Groupon, the 3 hours of my life were totally not worth it.
