Came into the restaurant to order. Ordered the #1 pepe on wheat. They were freaky fast making the sandwich. If you like a lot of bread, this is the place for you. Very little ham and cheese… so little that I couldn’t taste it when I bit into the sandwich. I did taste the bread, lettuce and tomato which were fresh. Oh, and no offer to toast the bread. I won’t be back.

I order from JJ a lot cuz I really do like the sandwiches and the crazy fast delivery. But this location must be getting much busier cuz the past THREE times I’ve ordered, something is missing from my order. The first time was last week, I ordered a sandwich, two drinks, chips and a cookie. The chips and one drink were missing. I let it go, everyone makes mistakes. This week I ordered the same thing(repeat this order!) and this time the cookie and both drinks were missing. I was upset but again, not worth sending the guy back. Then last night, I ordered two sandwiches, three drinks, two chips, two cookies. Only the sandwiches and the drinks came. This time I did catch the guy before he left and he said oh sorry I didnt see those on there(theyre all in a list… how do you not see it?!) he said he would be right back. He came back about 45 minutes later(after I called the store). On top of that, I always say no tomatoes, and this week all my sandwiches came with tomatoes, and soggy bread. Are they being made ahead of time and ‘customized’ later? Not good JJ, not good…

Just tried to order a sandwich like I do all the time from this store and because I didn’t answer my phone in a span of 6 minutes(according to my call log) they are not going to deliver until ‘later’. Unbelievable, last time I order from you. Terrible customer service when speaking to employees and a manager. Do better guys. You’re usually really good.

I’ve placed at least 10 orders for delivery and all have taken a minimum of 30 minutes, on a Friday night it took them 1 hour 19 minutes… Freaky fast? More like freaky slow! Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

If you haven’t experienced their chocolate chunk cookies, you haven’t lived. 5 stars when I try a sandwich lol

Ordered a #5 Vito; that’s an Italian sub with genoa salami, provolone cheese, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato and Italian vinaigrette. I had to ask the clerk a few times to repeat himself because the music was just too loud. But once I sat down I enjoyed listening to the classic rock I hadn’t heard in so many years. After a while of waiting I headed to the counter to check on my sub and as it happens I’m glad I did because the clerk forgot to make it, lol. He started on it right away and was very apologetic.(Happens to the best of us). The bread was soft and hearty. The filings were not sparse and we’re not generous, I’d say they were just right. The best part of the sub is the temperature of the lettuce, onion and tomato. There are always so cold. I love that.

Love this place and couldn’t be happier that I have a location that’s even closer to me than the one on Miracle Mile alien with a drive thru!

Usually I’m happy when I come here. This time I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the employees. I ordered my sandwhich and asked for a drink. It went in one ear and out the other because the girl kept talking to someone else about how she was gonna get home that night. In the middle of my order another employee interrupted and then I had two employees arguing in front of me. Meanwhile a third employee needed to go outside and meet someone. Yet a different gentleman gave me my sandwhich and literally greeted me by saying«hey Hun, you going to the club?» I was kind of offended. Never again

I love JJ’s food, and this location was *so* close to getting a good review. The staff was friendly; one of the delivery guys even recognized me from the Miracle Mile location, which I hadn’t visited for over half of a year. Very nice guy. I placed an order for two sandwiches, two drinks, chips, and a pickle. Got my drinks, got the chips, awaited my sandwiches. Watched them make some to-go orders, watched them make other people’s orders… finally realized those sandwiches weren’t coming. I asked them about it, and they couldn’t find the ticket. Not a big deal, I can wait. They were very apologetic, asked what my order was a few times, and even gave me coupons for free subs the next time, which was very nice. The worker shook my hand and thanked me for my business and I was on my way. While it was a bit of a conundrum, it only took about 10 minutes of my time. Even when they screw up, they’re pretty fast. Got home and realized they forgot the pickle(which I mentioned multiple times) and messed up both sandwiches still. It’s like stealing three bases and getting tagged out at home, JJ. Quality was still good, but try and get the service back up to par!

There is nothing gourmet about Jimmy Johns. The sandwiches are mediocre at best. Most of them are riddled with mayo and a generous serving of bread, but lacking in vegetables and deli cuts. I came here with a few co workers and asked for the turkey sub on wheat bread and Swiss Cheese. Well, not only were they out of wheat bread, but the only cheese available was provolone. Additionally, the franchise does not carry black olives. Ironically, Subways makes a better sandwich than they do. How can you consider yourself a sub shop and lack these basic items? I ordered a turkey sub or Turkey Tom(whatever the devil its called) on French bread(because it was the only bread available), light mayo, and tomatoes. Nothing spectacular or appealing enough about the sandwich to deem it «gourmet». The sandwich was greasy, riddled in mayo, and did not taste well. I took two bites and tossed it out. Will not return.

First time here and already had a bad experience. Ordered a Vito and a BLT with avocado side through drive thru. I paid and grabbed my food and left. Super excited to get home to try my sandwich, which was the BLT. I get home 30 mins later to find out they gave me two Vito’s. Never again !!!

Sub-par service for a brand new establishment. Manager needs to learn a few basics of customer services. Cashier was great, polite and very friendly. Manager should take a few lessons from her.

Is it just me or did this location get built freaky fast? I really love trying out new places around Miami but sometimes(and often) the only thing that will hit the spot just right is Jimmy Johns. Thank goodness so many keep popping up! This location is my favorite in the area so far– unlike Miracle Mile and Coconut Grove this one has a full parking lot and a drive through window. There isn’t a sandwich I’ve tried I haven’t liked but I’m partial to the Italian Night Club(salami, capicola, ham, provolone & all the fixings) when I’m ravenous. The best part is not having to wait– these workers are trained well to feed you fast!
