How does coaching work?

Coaching is successful because it is done with weekly sessions by telephone or in person, whichever is more convenient. As your coach I help you solve problems and make the most of opportunities. If you are too close to a situation, it can be difficult for you to «step out of the box» and evaluate what is really happening.
