Established in 1996.

Scott Sheftall and Brian Torres founded the civil trial law firm of Sheftall & Torres, P.A., in 1996 with one goal in mind: to provide high-​caliber legal representation to clients committed to achieving justice and whose complex legal problems demand nothing less. Experience has taught us to be selective in accepting client engagements, and we focus only those matters in which we believe our talent and experience can make a significant difference in achieving our clients’ goals.

The law practice at Sheftall & Torres, P.A., is centered on litigation in the state and federal courts, including courts of appeal, in Florida and in other jurisdictions. We have achieved significant victories for our clients in jury and non-​jury trials and in vindicating our clients’ rights on appeal. If we are unable to resolve our clients’ problems in any other way, we are fully prepared to try their cases in court and to represent them on appeal.
