I expected more from that store, there is no ice cream, almost no food. The cashier seemed stoned and he never said a word. You are better go to the CVS near by, it’s 24 hours and they have way more stuff.

Dropped in here during Christmas vacation. Forgot to pack a razor, so was glad it’s a block away from my hotel. It’s open all the time and the cashier was helpful, they have a lot of stuff including some food items for late-night cravings. Right at Flagler Street and Third Avenue NE, walk to Biscayne Boulevard and public transport

I’m not a huge fan of this Walgreens, but for convenience alone during the work-week, this place wins out. The shelves are never quite stocked with exactly what you’re looking for, and the lines to check out are always a lot longer than they appear. They do always have a great selection of candies/chocolates/gifts for whatever holiday is coming up. The staff is usually very friendly, and if you need assistance, they’ll point you in the right direction. My preferred drugstore/pharmacy is the CVS a couple blocks south. But in a pinch, this Walgreens works.

For tourists wandering in from Bayfront Park who need cheap sunglasses, I’m sure this Walgreens gets the job done. If you actually live in downtown Miami, you’re pretty much SOL when it comes to the pharmacy. The fact that it’s open from 8 – 6 on weekdays, closes at 2pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays is enough, in my opinion, to warrant 1 star. Especially since the other Walgreens down the street has the same weekday hours but is closed both Saturday and Sunday. If you work(!) during business hours, that leaves a very small window of opportunity. Of course, it’s also a problem when the pharmacist you speak with says she’ll transfer and fill your prescription the next day, but then. .. doesn’t. And you call to find out why, and the new pharmacist gets it done just in time for the pharmacy to close at 2pm. I’m new in the neighborhood and now I know I have to use CVS.

I went to this Walgreen after having multiple horrible experience at the other(200SW13th St). They not only fix my problem, but was very helpful and friendly like I am use to at Walgreen. I won’t be going back to the other store, but this one, most defiantly even though it is further away.

Walked over to CVS up the street to find some Christmas boxes. To my surprise they had none. I have always preferred Walgreens over CVS anyhow so we decide to walk over. This location is now open later in the evening. Bonus, yes before they closed around 6 pm. which I disliked. This is not my favorite location because it is so small and cramped with merchandise. Walked over to the Xmas aisle and yes they had a great assortment of every size box you could possibly need. I found several different sizes and colors, along with some very large bags that were very helpful for larger gifts. Who wants to wrap large, awkward gifts when you can throw them into a bag. Voila, some tissue, a bow, done! Yes, this made me quite happy. Thanks for staying open later and usually having exactly what I need at good prices. Service was good. At night they have a guard outside for your safety.

It’s Sunday and I am making biscuits and gravy. I am have lost my baking pan and have no foil. What do I do? I scramble to find some place close to help me feed my craving. This location had my foil and allowed me to finish my biscuits. A place in downtown Miami open on Sunday? That’s a plus in my book!
