I just spent over a hour in the waiting room, a full hour of just sitting there. The actual doctor’s visit was 10 minutes. What kind of over-booking kind of crap is that?! This isn’t the first time, I’ve had that wait. The only reason I still go here is when I’m healthy I forget to find a new doctor.
That is changing after this last visit.

I have seen Lisa Girouard, NP and Rodolfo Yambao, NP and they are very thorough and professional. The one downside is the wait. Other than that, I received a call back with my test results, and I haven’t had a problem seeing someone even when I needed to do so on the same day.

They do need to pay more attention to their call ins. However, I find that pretty universal in this area.
I have found their entire staff to be very competent and their diagnoses have been dead on. I have been pleased with all the specialists they have recommended.
I’ll trade phone support for medical competence.
