I’ve been going to Vivi since 2008. I follow her everywhere she goes. She’s the best when it comes to bikini waxing. She makes it painless and make sure u leave happy. Go see Vivi.

Rebecca, my waxer, does a great job. She makes you feel comfortable and performs the service with speed and attention to detail. I’ll keep coming back here, the prices are good. Parking sucks. The place isn’t pristine, but it has character. Could be a little cleaner. Again, the waxing job is top notch so I keep going back!

I made an appt 2 days before and they were very accomodating. I did the shellac mani and regular pedi with Yani. She did a great job and I am picky!

I’ve been getting waxes for over 2 years now, I just had an appointment with Adrianna, she was AWESOME! Very friendly and so fast and thorough, I felt absolutely no pain. I will make sure to ask for her next time!

I love coming here! I come here about once a month — always get great service, and I’m always very impressed by how my brows look. They use the green wax, which is great for people with sensitive skin, but it is also just doesn’t hurt as much. I usually have a different person waxing my brows, but every single girl I’ve had is thorough yet quick.
I’ve only gotten waxing — no manis/​pedis, so I can’t speak to those. They shape my brows well, tell me what will look good on my face and are helpful and friendly.

Since the receptionist is the first person you come in contact with I will start there: Lina is always accommodating and seems to be well organized. She acknowledges every guest and usually with a smile.
For waxing I use Adriana… she is awesome. She is clean and very detailed with her work.
Management is so so. manager doesn’t seem very personable and rarely smiling however that doesn’t mean she isn’t a great manager. As a customer she just seems unhappy majority of the time.
For nails it’s been hit or miss.

Excellent place for body waxing! Clean, delicate, discreet, gentle, lasting results, friendly staff! What else can you ask for?! Very well located locations. Can’t go wrong with SoBe Waxing. Even my husband likes to get wax here. He is made feel very comfortable doing something he’s very uncomfortable doing. Thank you, SoBe waxing!

Thank You Body Waxing Company! I thoroughly enjoyed my wax by Adrianna. I couldn’t wait to get to MIami by way of L.A. I love South Beach. I was so excited and moving way to fast before my trip, which in turn left m with an unkempt cho-​cha. «Ah hell nah!» I had to find a place fast! Now, anyone that waxes knows what a major calamity this can be, not knowing your waxer, not knowing where to go, not knowing if your star player is gonna ended up wounded. I mean, you can’t have just anyone touching your precious pocket purse.. .Luckily I avoided all catastrophe’s.
I picked the place, I made the call and 15minutes later I was onsite ready to strip. I appreciated how quickly the got me in. Adrianna was awesome. She was thorough and I can honestly say I felt less pain with her then I ever have with any other waxer.
Good to Know: Prices where super cheap. Maybe cheap isn’t the best way to put it, but like they where pretty crazy. Thats a plus for me. Cuz’ it didn’t feel like a cheap service, so I’m thankful. And I will gladly return.

This place has amazing nail and wax techs. But the customer service and customer appreciation is terrible. I easily sent more than 5 new clients their way and was never even thanked. Almost like they expected the referrals. I stopped going to this salon.

I’ve been going to this place for multiple years now. I always had such a great experience with Ariana who made my appointments very comfortable even though I always got so nervous for some reason. I was sad when Ariana left but that quickly changed when I started waxing with Monica. She was as friendly, sweet and nice as Ariana. I think they do a great job hiring!
Today I called after a few months of not going and to be honest, I will never step foot in this place again. The lady who picked up the phone not only delivered a shocking and personal news in the worst way ever buy her response to my reaction was even worst. When I asked her to schedule an appointment with Monica she tells me that she actually passed away (such a wonderful person, very sad news) but then proceeds to tell me in an annoyed tone that they do have other people who work there. Of course other people work there, I was just in shock that this person I have been seeing for years passed away. I took my time to reply because I did not know who else worked there or who she would recommend but she clearly did not care to answer this or help me.
I know of a hundred other places I can go to in Miami who will offer the same service, at the same price but with much better and respectful employees. Customer service is what sets you apart from your competition. This is my first negative review in Unilocal but I really can’t stand bad service and when I do, I want everyone else to know.

I was just stopping in town for a few days and I took a chance on getting a brow and bikini wax at Body Waxing Company. Normally I don’t let anyone down there until I get to know them reeeeeally well and that’s including waxing professionals. But Jackie was amazing and I instantly trusted her. The wax they use is really unobtrusive and it was quick and easy and she was very efficient.
The brow wax was also great. Really well shaped and also virtually painless. I would not hesitate to go again and even let them go straight to the serious stuff, maybe even a brazilian!

The best place in South Beach… Great service! Great prices! Best part is the wax they use does not stick to your skin, only the hair, which makes it less painful. Love love love

Although most people come here to wax, their best asset is the nail team they have.
I have been coming to SOBE Wax to get mani/​pedis for years. Ida is amazing. She takes her time, is extremely careful and makes my mani/​pedi last forever. When I can’t go to Ida, I go to Fatima, who does just as good of a job. I haven’t tried any of the other girls but I’m sure they’re great. Don’t go, however, if you’re in a rush — they take their time and do things carefully. If you’re getting a full service try to give yourself at least an hour and a half.
The place is very clean. I haven’t found anywhere that is as decently priced with service like theirs and most importantly, as clean. The tools they use are thoroughly sterilized and the women often wear gloves and face masks.
Make your next appointment with Ida or Fatima ASAP!

I gave this place a try even after i had a traumatizing experience at another waxing salon. It had been over a year since I had gotten a full brazilian, so basically it was like my first time all over again (the joy!!)
I could barely sleep the night before my appointment just thinking about the pain i would be facing, BUT still it needed to get done. My appointment was at 9:30 am (bright & early… i just wanted to get it done and get on with my life) The place itself is cute and pretty small, the girl at the front desk was friendly. My appointment was with monica and she soon greeted me and led me to a room to get undressed. The room itself was small, but it was clean. Monica came in, applied hand-​sanitizer, fresh gloves, powdered me up and got to work.
She made me feel comfortable and helped me get through the painful procedure by reminding me to take deep breaths, (its amazing how that works) The job in total, with a 5 dollar tip came out to $ 46, which is pretty standard price, but I am pleased with the results.
I plan to return, maybe also to try out the mani/pedi’s

I’ve been avoiding this place since 2006. I was getting my eyebrows waxed here and I was paying $ 18 for eyebrows plus tip. I stopped going because one lady was super rude to me. I gave her a tip and she just grabbed it out of my hand without saying «thank you».
I know it was expensive but they did have really nice wax that did not burn or hurt my skin. I just wish I would of gotten better customer service.
I passed by there this week but the parking situation is still the same… no parking available.

I basically came here following my favorite body waxer Sandra. and I am so glad I did. This is the first place I go to that does not double dip. Every other place like UniK and European body wax on us1 not only double dip but recycle their wax (they put the used wax in a separate bin an then recycle wax). This place does not do this. which is the reason I will only come here. The prices are great and Sandra is amazing. All my girl family members come here just to see her. The front desk staff is not the nicest at times but no place is perfect. Must call and make an appointment, ask for Sandra and you will not be disappointed =)

For South Miami location:
I got a bikini wax and an eyebrow cleanup the first time I went. It was ok, but not magnificent. The service was just ok as well. The second time I went I arrived 15 to 20 minutes before closing time. The door was locked. I left and called to see if they would answer. She did and I asked what time they closed. She said seven. I then asked «Well, why was the door locked at 6:45?» She gave me a spiel about appointments or whatever… please. Thanks to the rude door girl, I won’t be returning anytime soon. This place has gotten so popular, they don’t remember customer service is what keeps people coming back.

Definitely make an appointment, or at least call to see if there’s an open spot. The parking really does suck, but you can parallel park in front of the store, and if you’re really lucky you can get one of their designated spaces.
I really like Sandra; she’s so friendly. She makes an uncomfortable experience, a lot more bearable. And the service here is really quick. Just make sure to have some cash for tip, everything else can be charged on your credit card.

I will never visit another wax salon after coming here. Lena does my waxing — she is awesome, and talks enough so it takes your mind off the pain :) Really clean place.
Cons: No tips on credit card though, so always bring cash for tip; only like 3 – 4 parking spots, so get there a little early just in case you can’t find parking.
