In The House of V we bake with all-natural and organic ingredients, to offer deliciously sweet alternatives free from animal products.
Our goods are sweetened with organic Vegan sugar, never with toxic chemical sweeteners.
Upon request we can cater to special needs such as, gluten free, nut free and wheat free.
Valentina Cordero, Founder of The House of V, is a professional Chef, trained by such world-renowned chefs as Paul Bocuse & Marie Blanche.
Valentina perfected her baking technique while working in Napa Valley, California in Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery, under the tutelage of Pastry Chef Ethan Howard.
After embracing a Vegan lifestyle, Valentina knew she needed to adapt her French Cuisine training to Vegan ingredients that are both healthier and better for the planet, and that is how The House of V was born.
