This movie theater is ideally situated for a date night or a day out with the family. There are. lots of restaurant options in the area, shopping and a Starbucks. Unfortunately, the theater clearly is low on the priority list for Regal. It hasn’t been updated; the theaters are tiny(even those showing 3D movies), and the customer service is terrible. We’ve been here probably 6 – 8 times but won’t be back… No matter how great the movie, the surroundings ruin the experience. If I could give no stars, I would.

Another DISGUSTING movie theater! If the movie companies wonder why they are loosing money it’a not the cost it’s the value; what you get for what you spend. The last few movie theaters I’ve gone too have been gross and this one is the same. I don’t even live around here but was hoping it would be better. It smelled like urine and feces in the theater so bad my daughter kept asking to leave. Stay away ;save your money because this place is abominable!

Unilocal must not have approved of my review. I said this is a horrible theater with a general manager who assaulted me in an empty auditorium for sexting during one of the year’s worst films. I am in contact with their home office regarding this matter.(I might add that the toilets are filthy.) I assume Unilocal is in cahots with them, but I’ve written on many other blogs about this incident so, frankly, I don’t care what Unilocal thinks. There was a time when customer’s comments and how they were treated mattered to them but those days are gone.

I’d give it one star but the seats were comfy. I only come here once a year even though it’s the closest theater to my house. Every time I come here it is something different to be disappointed about. Today I took my daughters to see«Inside Out» to enjoy my Fathers Day weekend. During the movie I had to take my 2 year old daughter to the men’s room for a diaper change. To my surprise there was no changing table. So I was upset, my daughter was upset with her stinky diaper. I asked the ticket girl if there was another men’s room with a changing table and she said only the women’s bathroom had it, and I probably shouldn’t go in there! Well duh! However I almost did go in just out of spite! Dear UnitedArtist Cinema how the hell can you not have a changing table in 2015 at a family establishment where on an average weekend hundreds of toddlers attend. This is just as bad as Earls in Dadeland not having high chairs for kids. I don’t think I’ll return here.

The Falls is an older theater with a great location. The theaters are smaller, do not have stadium seating, and smell a bit musty. The bathrooms also have a bit of funk, but are generally clean. Generic concession stand. However, service is always friendly. When I have walked out of a bad movie they have always promptly and without complaint refunded my ticket. The theater isn’t the experience, the cinematic adventure on the screen is the real winner :) Enjoy the various dining and snack options around the mall before or after the show — it really bumps up the experience!
