Jorge was the best got my iPhone and iPad up and running fast. Honest too. So my iPhone could have cost $ 120 to fix but Jorge was honest and said it wasn’t the LED screen it was the battery so it only cost $ 60. Then my iPad could have cost $ 140 to fix but it was just the cable connection so it was significantly less. Definitely recommend checking them out for your apple product issues!

These guys are great. I have twice broken my work (and only) phone. These guys are quicker than my IT dept. They just fixed my screen which was damaged from water and dropping in 30 mins.

Super disappointed. This is my second time coming to this place. Both times I came at 10:00 am because this is what is advertised as the opening time and both times the place has been closed. Last time I waited for about 40 minutes until someone casually showed up. After waiting for 30 minutes today I had to leave. Please be more reapectful of your customer’s time. Will be going to another place from now on.

The only negative thing I might have been able to say is it that they are a little bit more expensive than another place I usually go to. I tend to break my iPhone screen a whole lot. They had a special Unilocal promotion, however, which saved me $ 20 and it came out to the same as I would have paid going to my usual location, which is much further away. They were really quick and changed my screen out in about 20 minutes. They even offered me a bottle of water before I left. I would definitely come back here the next time I drop my iPhone.

I went in yesterday to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed. The service was fine and I was satisfied w/​the work. The reason for my 2 star review stems from either dishonesty or misinformation I was given.
Before asking for the work to be done, I mentioned to the employee that I would be buying the Unilocal promotion (pay $ 80 and get $ 100 in services). He recommended I not do this bc the cost of this service is originally $ 140, but he would be giving me an in-​store discount for $ 120. It didn’t make sense to me at the time, but I didn’t have time to haggle. There are so many things wrong his response.
1) That is not true whatsoever. As per their website, the cost ranges fro $ 115.99 — $ 125.99.
2) What the hell is an in-​store discount? (He totally made that up, didn’t he?)
In the end, I totally felt as if he didn’t want me to purchase the Unilocal discount bc it would be a cheaper value. While I left there satisfied w/​the work, I left feeling like I got taken advantage of.

If you need a repair performed to stop broken glass from your cracked iPhone 5s from nicking your fingers then this is the place to get it done! Jorge was extremely helpful and was happy to tweak his repair to my satisfaction.
Yesgeek definitely has some competitive pricing for iphone repairs, excellent customer service and is efficient with their work without sacrificing quality. I was in and out within an hour and paid less than I anticipated since they were honest about the work that needed to be done. I hope I never have to return but if I do I’ll be happy to do business with Yesgeek again.

Took our iPhone 5 for a screen repair. Our iPhone had EXTREME damage to the screen. We were expecting to have to leave our phone overnight, since we got there at about 5:30PM.
Turns out, the gentleman who helped us told us to come back in 45 MINUTES. I was truly SOLD. The price for the repair was also the best I’ve found in the area.
I am extremely impressed with YesGeek. Thank you sooo much.

Yesgeek was the fastest and cheapest place around that I could find to fix my iPhone 5. The screen was completely broken and the glass was all busted up as well. I think my bill was less than $ 100.
Took them 45 minutes. No waiting, no shipping, no unnecessary taxation on a service that has become all too common for me to need.
The people were cool, and it’s a local business so I didn’t feel like I was being screwed by some franchise like the place on the beach. I’m pissed that I didn’t find them sooner, as it’s right across the street from my store; feels like I bought this phone with a broken screen it’s been so long lol.
Will be going there next time my screen gets cracked. Thanks guys

Fast, great service. Although they never returned my phone call inquiring when I could drop off my phone, I decided to stop by and they fixed it in like 40 min tops. I have an iphone 5 and the screen cracked and I was holding out for the new upgrade this fall but alas, it just kept getting worse. It looks as good as new. Street parking is easy in this part of Calle 8 and there’s a fun antique store across the street to roam around while you wait.

When I smashed my iPhone 5 screen,(literally smashed, there were pieces of glass falling off) I was so upset and was worried it wouldn’t be able to be fixed. Luckily, I found this awesome store on Unilocal!
Seriously great fast service! Great customer service, I could not be more pleased with my new screen and home button! It took only 45 minutes and it was very affordable!

My wife contracted something nasty and beyond my expertise (no, not that, get your mind out of the gutter), and Yesgeek quoted $ 100 to get rid of any virus. He ended up having to reformat, but that worked and it’s back up and running. He couldn’t repair my cell phone that went for a swim off Dania Pier, but it’s YesGeek, not YesWizard so I won’t hold that against him.
Great service, friendly guy, fairly affordable prices. Businesses like this should consider opening other branches.
