I love this store. I live in the neighborhood and shop there all the time.
I am writing this review in comment to the only review on this stores Unilocal page.
I was at the store on line waiting to pay when the customer who wrote the 1 star review was trying to exchange an open pillowcase she had bought.
I remember it clearly because she was holding up the line, screaming and causing a tremendous scene. She was so rude to the cashier.
Everyone on line felt so bad for the abuse the cashier endured from the customer. Finally the manager came over and demanded the woman to leave the premises. Needless to say everyone was happier when she left.
I have shopped at Closeout Paradise for years and never experienced any customer service issues everyone who works their is always quick to answer questions and help.
I write this review to commend the cashier for holding his cool with that lady. shame on you Miss for your behavior.
