This mom and pop shop is super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a new Kawasaki Vulcan and have been very happy with the bike and their service. I went with them after shopping around a bit. They had the bike I wanted in the color that I wanted at a price that made sense for me. Also, their financing offer beat everyone else hands down. And, I didn’t feel slimed by the standard sales pitch. I also decided to purchase here based on their service recommendations. I’m a pretty loyal dealer person. They REALLY care about how you rate them and work hard to make sure I was happy. That means a lot to me, even if I pay a few dollars more for what I get. In fact, I feel safer knowing that someone isn’t going to say «whoops, never happened to me before» because I went to the right place the first time for service.

quoted $ 200 to have my carbs synced the tool is 85… parts are over priced. I tried to give Rizzons the benefit of the doubt by going to a local small business first but after not being really helped a number of times Ill stick to ordering parts online and doing service work myself. sad.

I came to Rizzon Cycles to purchase my first bike. I was recommended by my best friend who brought home a zx6r from them last season and could’nt stop bragging about how great the process went. We showed up to check out the Ninja 300. Less than an hour and a half later I was learning how to ride on my own bike. They made the process stress free. I took the bike back in for its first service a couple of days ago, and again I was in and out in an hour. Fantastic sales execution and great bike service.

I stopped in today just looking, the owner was nice, of course, ok selection, but got to sit on a few and check them out. I’m not ready to purchase just yet, but will keep them in mind in the spring

Just got my bike serviced. Very friendly and very professional. They care and they show it. I feel that I can trust them and I don’t feel pressured like the other service shops.

I bought my Burgman scooter here about two years ago. They have been very supportive and great to deal with.
