Matter of fact service. Associate did not appear to care much about helping with our phone needs/questions. They do not carry all the phones that they support. No option to buy some of the phones outright but to buy on a monthly payment plan with no interest. Overall, a very disappointing visit. We went on a Friday week night. We were the only customers. After our visit, we understood why. Won’t be going back and we don’t recommend.

Worst experience ever. Told them as soon as I entered store that it was time for my upgrade and I wanted to keep my plan and type of iphone. After waiting for 10 minutes in the queue and then 20 minutes of being told how I really should enroll in their new plan, they then told me they didn’t have any of the iphones(I’m not picky-don’t care about color). How does a phone store not have phones? I went to Wal mart and got the same phone for 1⁄3 what AT&T store were going to charge me if they actually had it in stock. The guy«helping» me at the Middletown branch was rude and I’m pretty sure they would’ve produced the phone I wanted if I had switched over to the new plan they were trying to bully me into. Terrible. they dont have wifi? how can i use my iphone 4 facetime when i am in the store? wtf!?!@? isnt that a selling point of this $ 400 phone? wifi? hello? store is ok otherwise.
