Established in 1983.
Dr. Robinson has been working in the area since 1983 when she graduated from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Parker has been practicing in the Richmond area since 2002. They partnered in 2008 to form Drs. Robinson & Parker.

Business Owner
Dr. Roxann L. Robinson has been practicing Optometry since 1983. Dr. Robinson is a native of Fairmont, West Virginia. She graduated from the Illionois College fof Optometry with a doctorate in Optometry. She has practiced on Hull St. Road for 27 years.
Outside of Optometry Dr. Robinson enjoys spending time with her husband and Jack Russell terrier, Scooter. She also enjoys quilting.
