My experience with Dr. Shen was awful. I should have had a clue when I made the appt. It took 30 minutes and SHE answered the phone using a cell phone. Very unprofessional. She wasted a lot of my time constantly telling me how smart she was. I was not impressed especially when she wrote me a very bad prescription for contact lenses and glasses. I cannot see with either. I wasted a lot of time and a HUGE amount of money with her. She had me go through a medical vision exam and billed my insurance for $ 500 and told me I had dry eyes. I have never had dry eyes. Then, she started on my vision insurance. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say. BEWARE!!!
