Riverwalk

My apartment home at Riverwalk is the best apartment I have lived in by far! The floor plans are so spacious and look beautiful. My favorite features of my apartment are the amazing vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, big garden tub, and HUGE walk in closet! Whenever I have guests over they always compliment my apartment and the actual complex, I am more than proud to call Riverwalk my home. I honestly have not had one bad experience here, I have been living here for a year and a half, and I have no desire to move anytime soon! The office staff puts together fun events/​activites for the residents, which I have never had anywhere else. My favorite was during the summer, they did a «movie under the stars». They had a huge movie screen put up in the pool area, provided treats and popcorn, and did a raffle drawing for gifts. As of now, they have a wrapping station set up in the clubhouse for the residents to complete their Holiday gift wrapping. I really appreciate the attentiveness of the office staff. If you are looking to get real value for your money, and a wonderful experience as a renter, Riverwalk Apartments is the best choice. My only regret is that I didnt find this place sooner!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE. The horrible women in the office are a joke! They lie about everything and don’t care about anything but themselves. There is dog crap everywhere and they could care less. Maintenance will go into your apartment without your permission… Often. There is a constant party in the hot tub. When you call maintenance they will come… But they will come and talk/​drink with them and leave! How helpful!!! Also the office doesn’t accept checks for rent. How convenient! Plus they will be rude and give you a late fee! Awesome! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

I moved into these Apts in April 2012. This being my 6^th month here and I love living here.
Background: My job moved me out to Utah from Seattle. I have never previously been in this state before moving here. I did not have a lot of time to complete my move so instead of making a trip to visit SLC first I looked for apts online and narrowed my search to Riverwalk and «the other well know apt community around the corner in Midvale that shall remain nameless» I applied to both, however Ashley with Riverwalk was always available and always kept me up to date with my application and what was available. She was able to answer all my questions over the phone or through email. Much quicker than the other community. So due to the quick response time, and excellent customer service I picked this place over the other.
I arrived in Utah on move-​in day. It was on a Tuesday and I met Ashely, the maintenance man and the community manager. Ashley had my paperwork and keys already to go. I walked into my apt and fell in love! It looks much nicer in person than the pictures available online. I LOVE the layout, the kitchen, spacious closet and separate laundry room! These apts are beautiful!!!
Staff: I’m not one of those people that go to the office every other day, week or even month, matter a fact I’ve been there 3 times in the past 6 months and 2 of those times was just to pick up a package and the other was to pay rent. But every time I go they always greet me with a smile and they always remember who I am. Every time I have called they remember who I am and are always willing to help. I see the maintenance man often making his rounds and picking up trash and he is ALWAYS smiling and friendly. One time I wasn’t able to pick a package up at the office and the manager offered to take it to my apt and leave it inside the door. Even though I declined; this stuck with me and made a HUGE positive impression! I have lived in 4 apts in three different states in the past 2 yrs and I have had the best hospitality here at Riverwalk.
All in all I have NO complaints about this community. The community is quite. It’s also very clean. I am VERY satisfied with my choice of making Riverwalk my home and would not and have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends!
