This place has been an absolute nightmare to live in. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. They charged my fiancé and kicked her out of using the amenities because they say she damaged the wrought iron bars around the swimming pool. She weighs 97 pounds… Unless she somehow got into whatever made the Hulk, the Hulk, that’s impossible. My car got towed on Halloween without any notice. I parked where I always park, was not there for more than 8 hours on a Saturday, I was not blocking anyone or causing potential harm to any person or thing, but still got towed. They also only give you less than 24 hours notice for HOA meetings so you can’t bring up any valid points about any of this. There have been several letters posted on their message board about other tenants and the fact that they will be suing the management for the same issues we have had and others. Please save yourself and save the money they are clearly trying to scam from every tenant and DO NOT MOVE HERE.
