Mill Creek Skin & Laser

I hear about the Mill Creek Skin & Laser through a good friend and had a great review of her cool sculpting appoitnment. I decided to schedule a consulting appointment for CoolSculpting. I had my appointment several weeks later because the office was really booked and did not have any opening. I recommend making your appointment ahead because the office gets really busy. I was a little skeptical after my consultation appointment because the doctor was not sure that the cool sculpting method would work on my body. I mixed. Half-​African Half-​Irish. I decided to move forward knowing that I may not get the result that I wanted. I wanted to move the little layer of fat that I had on my stomach that seemed to not go away no matter now well I hate, the amount of crunches, running, cardio or waist training that I did. Being a former athlete and a D1 soccer player it was frustrating to not see my body change when I had put in so much effort so I figured why not give this a shot. I recently had my 8 week follow-​up appointment and I could not believe the results that I had achieved. I had lost 1 ¼inches and dropped one pound. I could not have been more happy with my results. I will definitely be going back for another appointment. I absolutely loved Robert. The rest of the assistance at the office were super friendly and very helpful. If you are looking to lose a few inches this is definitely your place. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible experience at Mill Creek Skin & Laser Center. I had CoolSculpting done on my abdomen and oblique areas. They did their best to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process during both the consultation and the service. During my consultation, they were very attentive to the areas I wanted to be improved and offered various options/​combinations depending on my budget. Preparing their patients with realistic and tangible results was very important to them. The actual CoolSculpting service occurred just as they had described during the consultation, so I knew exactly what to expect. They made my procedure fairly painless. I found the instance when they removed the suction and massaged the skin to be slightly more uncomfortable (more of an odd feeling) than the initial suction, which from reading reviews prior to my service, people generally felt that the initial suction was the most painful part. They did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable during that stage of the service that I didn’t find it painful at all. Once the vacuum was on, I could not feel a thing and proceeded to watch Netflix on my computer for the entire duration. I would not hesitate to get another service done at the MCSLC. I highly recommend this business!

After my rating of about average, because of a bad experience, they called me and gave me an explanation for a possible misunderstanding for what I had experienced. It seemed to be a heartfelt voicemail and it was really nice to hear! It’s honestly hard to find such quality customer service and I wanted to leave a good review! I really appreciated the call!
In addition, the woman that’s usually at the front desk is the best receptionist I’ve ever had. She is so sweet, very helpful, attentive, and always greets you when you come in.
For the service, I come in to get treatment on my acne, acne scars, and overall skin complexion. The doctor I see, I wish I could remember her name, has helped me get rid of all my acne! My skin complexion is sooo much better and my acne scars have faded without any painful treatments. I am very happy with my skin and I prefer going here than my old dermatologist who just told me to get laser treatment or take accutane pills.
If you need help with skin come here! :)

If you are looking for great results, incredible staff and a nice office setting this is where you should go! They have two CoolSculpting lasers which means two areas can be treated at the same time. I would recommend them to anyone. Really great experience!!!

My spouse has been coming to Mill Creek Skin & Laser for a while now, once a year or so to get rid of some stubborn stray hairs. She’s never had a bad experience, and the last time she was even able to walk in and see someone within five minutes. The staff are friendly and the facility is well kempt. Parking’s a bit hit or miss since they share a lot with the Blazin’ Onion restaurant, but that’s not their fault.

I received a Valpak coupon and decided to check them out. The service I wanted wasn’t covered on the coupon, but I had been meaning to look into laser treatments so I decided to get a consultation. My experience was not good. This may be a great place to receive services, but I was so UN-​impressed by the consultation, that I won’t go back. The consultant was scattered and had trouble focusing on the subject at hand. She decided it was more important to discuss sunscreens and make-​up than the laser treatments. I kept asking myself why they would have this woman in a sales position. She gave me a sample of some cream that she said was necessary to use in conjunction with the laser treatments. I later found out that it was toxic (I’ll post the info at the end). Also, their prices are on the high side. My sister had laser treatment elsewhere for less $ and without the «required» cream and her skin looks great. Unfortunately, she lives in another state so I can’t use her clinic. I’ll keep looking. Here’s the info on the cream:
Hydroquinone: A skin bleaching chemical that can cause a skin disease called ochronosis, with blue-​black lesions that in the worst cases become permanent black caviar-​size bumps. In animal studies, hydroquinone has caused tumor development.

I love, love this Center they are truly interested in what is best for you. Friendly and always making sure that you are comfortable with the procedure you are going to have. I’ve had Botox plus filler and Cool Sculpting; I lost 70#‘s and had 2 stomach procedures then put 20#‘s back on and DID NOT get the inches back on my stomach, lost the 12 of the 20 and will have another treatment on my double chin soon. I’m 65 and look healthy and vital THANK YOU all at the Center you are the best!

I was a first timer to Botox, & the staff were all super helpful. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary treatments or products, even when I discussed my acne. I was very impressed & will be back again!

I see from my prior review that I’ve been visiting this place for five years! They offer a wide range of services and the staff and Dr. Lin are great — professional, friendly, and have a sense of humor I can appreciate. The first time I went there, I thought I knew what I wanted. They said «sure, we could do that $ 2K thing you’re asking for, but it probably won’t fix what’s bugging you. Or, we could do a $ 180 thing that probably will.» They were right, and I’ve never been tempted to go someplace else, even though it’s a bit of a commute for me to get there. They are very transparent about pricing, expected side-​effects, etc., and nobody has ever suggested that I buy more products, services, etc. When you’re treating yourself to something, shouldn’t you feel confident that you’re going to be well-​cared for? Honest and friendly is a very nice combination.

Just had my last laser hair removal treatment for chin and upper lip. The ladies here are very friendly and professional. Prices are about average for the treatment ($ 100 per area, per visit) and the nice thing is they don’t make you pre pay or sign any contracts, so you can stop treatment at any time. I originally stopped here because it is right across the street from my gym (L.A. Fitness), and they were able to give me a free consultation right on the spot. Good customer service. They also send you lots of text/​email reminders for your appointment which I liked.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal treatments here for a few months now. I’m extremely happy and impressed with my results. I did 3 treatments several years ago at a different place in Bellevue and was less than thrilled after. I have fair skin with dark unwanted facial hair, which means I’m a perfect candidate for treatments. The staff is really friendly. Seeing as how I had done laser hair removal before I had a lot of questions about what I was paying for this time. The staff gave me a detailed description of the previous laser used compared to theirs. It’s a step up and after one treatment I could tell the difference. Everyone responds differently to laser hair removal but you certainly get what you pay for. I’m really happy I gave it another shot and can’t wait to continue with other areas, it’s worth it!

I was looking for a place close by to do
tattoo removal. I only needed some black and grey inkwork lightened up in order to facilitate a better coverup in the near future.
I called and made an appointment, showed up and was greeted by a friendly staff all the way around. The laser tech who did my removal was a tattoo enthusiast himself and made my removal process quick and although painful, at least bearable.
Price is up there with most but I only needed one laser sitting — after healing my arm should be perfect for a new coverup piece.
I would recommend them to anyone who asked, A+.

This place is very very pricy but the treatment they gave me wasn’t worth it at all. The asian lady that manages the business seemed knowledgable (although I had some trouble understanding her accent) but she was very insistent and made me feel like she wouldn’t let me go without buying anything. Also they first show you super high prices and then offer you «special» discounts (%30). Friendly ladies in the front desk and nicely furnished, clean place but I am totally annoyed by their sales tactics so not returning back.

I love everyone that works at Mill Creek Skin and Laser. They are so kind and knowledgeable. I did the cool sculpting, the latisse and did 2 different lasers on my face and body. They where all very professional and helpful with everything I did. I can’t wait to come back for more!!!

I am not sure how to rate such a perfect business. All the ladies here give you friendly, genuinely nice service and are easy to talk to and knowledgeable about your skin. The doctor is a genius. He has an art form that knows just the right places to put Botox or Juvederm to make your face look chiseled, young and lifted. I am 43 and no longer have to worry about getting a facelift to lift those jowls and droopy eyes. AMAZING. I drive two hours to come here and will never go anywhere else. (I have gone to Newport beach, CA; Redding, CA; and Scottsdale, AZ to have the same treatments) I also highly recommend the Obagi skin treatment they sell here too. It gives you a buttery type of skin and makes your skin glow.

I’ve had Juvederm a few times — not at this clinic. First, just to try it, then to fix the uneven lip I received the first time. It’s never been even since, and I figured this would be my last attempt at trying to fix it. Well, the doctor FIXED it! It’s perfect and looks awesome. I’d give a million stars for being comfortable smiling again!

I had the worst experience at Mill Creek Skin & Laser today and will never become a client or recommend them!
I scheduled a consultation for laser hair removal and tattoo removal and when I arrived I was greeted and asked to fill out a standard health form. The receptionist had left when I finished the form so I set it on the front counter while I waited. When she came back she grabbed my forms and but set them to the side to help another customer who had just come out of the back. The receptionist seemed a bit frazzled and confused because the person who had just came out of the back had clearly already had a treatment because she was all red and swollen. The receptionist was asking this client what her name was and if she had an appointment which the client replied she had already had her treatment done. I found this a bit odd since she must have checked that client in earlier.
Anyways once the receptionist was done she called me back into a big office and told me SHE would be the one to do my consultation! I was immediately put off by that because when I had called and scheduled my appointment I was told it would be with the clinics medical esthetician. I figured I would talk to her and see what she had to say… we started with my tattoo. She measured it and right away started with how much it would cost. She never talked about what type of laser they use or how the treatment works. Right after the price quote she told me one of the colors would be really difficult to remove and showed me some pictures on the computer of other peoples tattoo removals that didn’t look that great.
Then we moved on to the laser hair removal. She asked me what area I wanted treated and again immediately told me the price and how their payments work. She then drew me basic pictures of how hair growth works and told me how multiple treatments are needed to completely remove the hair. She again never went over what type of laser they use or what to expect during or after treatments. I asked her what type of laser they use and she told me the brand name of it but I wanted to know the type (IPL, diode etc) and when I explained that she seemed flustered and pulled up some slide show presentation about their laser.
I also told her I had a consultation at another clinic and right away she started bashing that clinic and talking about how so many of that clinics clients come to them because of a bad experience. When I mentioned that the other clinic uses a diode laser for their removal (which was once step higher than the laser they use) she started bashing that laser and saying it would cause burns. I understand they want you to go with them but totally bashing another business just makes you look bad.
Overall Mill Creek Skin and Laser did not impress me and I would NEVER consider becoming a client. If they can’t even take the time to give potential clients (who would have spent thousands of dollars at their business) a proper, informative consultation with the doctor or medical esthetician then they do not deserve my business.

My old clinic was in Kirkland, where I live, but the customer service was so bad, I gave Mill Creek Skin & Laser a try. Well worth the extra time on the road!

I received laser and skin regiment treatments at the Mill Creek Skin & Laser Clinic and have been nothing but satisfied with everything they have done to improve my skin. Initially when I had my first consultation with Dr. Lin, it was to improve my skin tone and texture. I had uneveness throughout my face and mild acne, on top of that signs of aging were visible. Dr. Lin had suggested laser treatment and at first I was reluctant to go through with it since the quote I received was quite steep. On top of that, my daily skin regiment was pretty pricey as well. I decided to go through with it since I’ve been battling bad skin all my life. I must say, this is the biggest but best investment that I have ever done for myself. Not only does my skin look better, but it’s much healthier than it’s ever been! I never had skin this good not even in my teens. I’m very pleased with all they’ve done, and the staff members are very friendly. They remember your name which makes you feel the experience is more personable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality care for their skin. Keep up the wonderful job!

The customer service was excellent! Since i was interested in eyelash extension and Latisse. which is the FDA approved formula to make your lashes grow thicker and longer, i called up the clinic and talked to a helpful nice lady that answered all my questions. Later that day i came to the 1^st floor which is the store and brought the Latisse formula because the lady told me that this is a better option for having longer lashes. They also offer facials, botox, laser treatments, makeup line that can match to anything that you have at home and many more.
