Horrible customer service ! She was so mad we came in and we interrupted her boyfriend time.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Subway should be easy. This place only hires painfully slow, stupid high school kids who are lazy. It’s dirty because none of them ever clean anything. Every time I go, they are out of any kind of cookies, so don’t expect those. It takes forever. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this from now on. Come on. This should be simple.

The customer service here is horrendous. The staff had a young girl and young guy both fighting and yelling at each other while taking my order. I mean really guys??? C’mon…
I came here twice and it happened again the second time…

Brutally bad service. They are slow, run out of food and lose your internet orders. Ownership clearly had no idea how to run a business.

Horrible service, rude employees, lack of training, can’t follow directions, and don’t listen. Will never go back, and you shouldn’t go either.

Probably the worst subway service I have ever gotten was at this location. Trust me and pick a different location or better yet a new sub shop.

I don’t understand why they don’t participate in the subway deals of the month. What’s the point? Would give one star but I went in there a few days ago and the employee was very nice…

This is the worst subway. Rude workers, who hate life, talk back to customers. I’ve had 2 identically bad experiences here. Avoid at all costs!!!

I’m sure what happened to customer service these days! I ordered the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which wasn’t bad but shouldn’t the worker say «thank you“or «have a good day» or something that says my business is appreciated!

I usually don’t write reviews about the places I go to, but I have been to this subway about 5 times in the past 6 months and this place is by far the WORST subway shop I’ve ever been to. The workers there make the worst sandwiches and tables are always dirty. The only reason why I come here is because it’s close to house.

Gave them a second try. But, wasn’t anymore impressed than the first time.
Employees didn’t really seem interested in what they were doing.
The bread was breaking apart as they made the sandwiches.
Just not worth the money.
Will try somewhere else next time.

Oh My Lantis… are NONE of the Subway’s by my house participating in the «JanuANY» sub sandwich $ 5 for ANY foot long?
Pisses me off. Nuff said.

It was fast and had a friendly environment. Not that bad, but my second experience was worse than the first. When I was eating there, I felt like the window washer guy was waiting for me to leave so he could clean. I felt a little rushed. Not as bad as everyone says though.

They do not honor the five dollar foot long campaign you see on TV, in my opinion that is false advertisement franchises should not be able to opt out of television campaigns that we see every day you want to good sub go to Jersey Mike’s!

Went early for a breakfast sandwich and the «sandwich artist» was friendly and quick!

Ordered a 3′ party sub through
. When I called to confirm, they couldn’t find my order even though it had been paid for. Eventually I spoke with the manager who found it after lots of deep sighs and acting like I was bothering her. When I picked it up the staff was rude. Did not make a veggie platter on the side like requested, instead we got 2 MUCH smaller plates of veggies. Go to any other Subway besides this one.

BEWARE: The manager and boss are related (sisters). Any complaint won’t go ANYWHERE.
Sketchy service. I highly recommend you stay away from this place. Reason? Someone who worked there dropped a container of olives. He ran to ask the manager what he should do. Her response? «Just pick it back up». GROSS!
Not joyous music to my ears. Never again.

This Subway deserves a review. Any Subway is pretty much a guaranteed 2 or 3 stars unles there’s something great or terrible going on. Pretty much the standard menu, nothing outstanding, and about the same level of cleanliness you can expect from a Subway.
There’s one employee here, I think his name is Brian, but he’s pretty awesome. Most people working places like this are ornery and pissed off, but «Brian» always has a smile on his face and treats you with a lot of courtesy and respect. It’s small, but it makes your day to walk into a place like that and get so positively engaged. I’ve literally gone in a couple times and walked out because he wasn’t working there and didn’t want to deal with the attitude.

Friendly staff.
Fresh and fast.
Tried flatbread today for first time. Had it with turkey bacon and avocado. Loaded up with plenty of fresh veggies.
Same menu as the other 10,000 subways.
