I would give David 5 stars for the work he did on our car. The reasons I can only give 3: P&H didn’t honor the price advertised on their website, and David removed our license plate frames and replaced them with frames advertising P&H – without telling us. Our car is not a billboard for someone else’s business. Especially without our permission! And it’s simply not right to take our license plate frames without asking. Now I have to buy replacements.

This is for the man working for the mobile cleaning service. On two different occasions he’s stopped performing his duties to street harass me, telling me to smile while walking in Tiburon. Hashtag irritating.

It is now 2:45, after having talked with P&H Class Details at 10:30. At that time, Denise said they’d be here at noon. By 12:30 we’d had no contact from them, so we called back. She said she’d find out what was up and call us back. Still haven’t heard a thing. Not only is it horrible customer service, it’s incredibly rude. I would not advise anyone to use their business.

I called P & H Class details to see if they could work on my son’s car as he was about to list it for sale. It was in decent shape but had some scratches and scuffs in the paint from a minor fender bender. Not only did Dave come to our house that very afternoon, he used touch-​up paint that my son had to completely get rid of the scratches! He used three layers of wax and the car looked like BRAND NEW inside and out!
For a small sum paid to P & H, the car’s value just increased $ 1000!
Not only did Dave do a fantastic job… he is also a fantastic person!

My dog had thrown-​up in my van while I was on the freeway. then Zeke (the wonderdog) ran back and forth through it before I could stop the van and attempt to clean up the mess. I had used P & H Class Details before and have always been happy with their work. They came right over and spend many hours making sure my van was ready for our christmas trip to and with family. P & H Class details are the best, honest, hard working and friendly.

Absolutely the best. Completely thorough, wonderful customer service by the people who work on your car (not so much the phone folks, unfortunately). You WILL be very, very, very happy with the results. Like any other high end service, talk to them to make sure you are all on the same line of thinking. Honestly, they are MAGNIFICENT.
