I can’t believe how rude the manager is! Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but I have never had someone at a body shop act so annoyed and agitated at asking basic questions or just in general. I don’t even have to pay for my body work (my insurance is covering work needed because I was rear ended) but I don’t want to go back because the manager was so unkind and rude to me. I am hoping that this review will reach the owner or a different manager and that maybe I can just have my work done on this managers day off (because I am 8 ½ months pregnant and don’t want to start all over with finding a new auto body shop with the baby due so soon) but if I can’t find another person to work with, I am DEFINITELY going to go somewhere else.

These people are fantastic!
Friendly, efficient and deliver what they promise. They had a rental waiting for me when I dropped my car off to have some body work done and they called twice with updates! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to have a positive experience.

Very nice people but… I went in to get a front light and bumper repaired. They fixed both at a fair price but there was a bracket that was supposed to surround the light that they had neglected to put on. I pointed out that the bracket was missing and I was told that would cost extra have that put on. This bracket is not some optional part of the repair… It surprised and disappointed me that the work was incomplete and now I was being told that it would cost more to finish the job correctly. My wife and I have used them in the past but I was not happy with how this turned out.

I was skeptical about going to an auto body shop that is located in a nice residential neighborhood, but a local resident gave them a very high recommendation and when I read the reviews I was equally impressed. The service and work is every bit as good as all the reviews say. They are very straight forward, very experienced, and very professional with competitive prices. They got the work done within the time they promised and the car looks as good as new. I highly recommend them.

Quality Auto Body does just that, quality auto body work. They do what they said they’d do for the price I was provided in advance. They didn’t try to up sell me or anything too, they were nice and professional. The quality of the work speaks for itself too. If you need auto body work done, this is your place.

They did an excellent job on my car and were able to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They knew I was going on a business trip for a few days and they completed everything while I was gone, didn’t even need to rent a car.

I moved here from Dallas. Drove 2000 miles without a hitch. Once I got here, I got a fender bender in my new driveway! My insurance company gave me a list, and I chose this one based on convenience to my home. I was soo lucky! I met Julie, and she totally took care of me. She made me an appt. right away. She told me which rental company to call (Enterprise). Once I got there, Julie looked at the damage, gave me the assessment of damage, and told me how much it would cost (not beyond my deductible) and called and did all the follow up with my insurance company. The car was ready on the day promised, and I was very happy with the entire experience. A customer for life.
