For your peace of mind, we carry extensive liability insurance and also workers compensation insurance for each of our employees. A certificate of insurance can be supplied upon request.
We are active members of the International Window Cleaning Association and the Independent Maintenance Contractors Association. Both these organizations keep us informed about the newest techniques and advancements in our field, as well as providing ongoing safety training.
History
Established in 1946.
For three generations now, Associated Window Cleaning has served the bay area with its upmost care and quality. Frank F. started the business in 1946 as a side income. His son Ron F., worked as a union official for San Francisco’s window cleaning union. Ron later, helped his father with AWC, and soon the business flourished with new happy customers. Son of Ron, Joey F., later came into the business. Today, Ron and his wife Carol along with son, Joey are the owners of Associated Window Cleaning.

Business Owner
Ron is a laid back guy with a fantastic sense of humor. He has received awards in community volunteering and has been very active in the Millbrae Lions club even receiving the Lion of the Year award! He worked in the window cleaning industry for over thirty years. After serving as a union official in San Francisco’s window cleaning union, Ron started to help his father Frank with his small window cleaning company (Associated Window Cleaning). From there, with the help of wife Carol and son Joey, the business has continued to grow into the new century.
