I got a company account here and the it’s fast when I need my stuff. I always ask for Alan when I need my supplies.
There’s plenty of parking and they are even letting some of the Chinese restaurant Tai Wu goers park there.
It’s a hardware store, but they have random things like fake mice and gloves for the garden. It’s comparable to osh which is also down the street.

This place is well stocked. It has convenient parking and easy to access because it is located on el camino. However… It was the worst consumer service I have experienced in many years. The gentlemen was so uninterested in helping me, the only customer in the entire store. He didn’t want to explain anything to me after the pointed to where my product was located. Let me emphasize that… When i asked if he had handicap accessible items in stock– he just «pointed to a side of the store» never lifted up his head, didn’t tell me what aisle or what side of the store, he just pointed. I was dumbfounded. When I asked a 2nd question & he just shrugged, I left without buying my product.
I am giving it two stars instead of one star because of the reasons I listed at the beginning of my review.
