Mint & Basil specializes in Vegan Vietnamese dishes. We do not use MSG. All of our dishes are made fresh to order. We take pride in each dish we serve to our customers from the look to the quality.
History
Established in 2015.
Cindy and ThaiBinh Ho are passionate restauranteurs who got into the industry simply because they realized it was hard to find a vegan restaurant in their area that didn’t use MSG or excessive grease in their food. They opened their first Vietnamese vegan restaurant years ago and it became very successful — it attracted many native tongue Vietnamese people in the local community. Mint & Basil is a new brand and a new restaurant that they decided to start to further expand their vision to a different demographic.
