Nice employees but they charged me $ 20 for inked fingerprints and insisted that the prints were fine even though they were clearly not and he wouldn’t do a second set of prints. My fingerprints were rejected by the fbi. Also, he did not clearly explain apostille to me and tried to rip me off. Basically he was going to charge around $ 100 for it, but I later learned that I could get it done myself for much less.
They sell cute cards though.

This place is very small. However this is not my compliant. The worker here did not seem to move with purpose. Very inattentive. Very nice but there was a line midday not during a lunch rush or at the end of the day. Probably will not come back here again.

I wish I could give them 0 star. If you can’t open at 9:30am as promise please take the business hours sign down. I came today 1÷22÷15 at 9:30AM but it was closed. I was waiting until 9:45AM and a girl with grumpy face came to open the door without saying «a sorry» for being late.
To that employee, if you don’t want to go to work just stay home or if u come to work don’t leave your smile at home. That’s simple!

Came here to get something notarized (9 bucks).When I walked in it was very small with one guy running the place. It was very busy but managed to get my business done in less than 15 minutes. Guy there I assume was the owner was very nice and efficient. Won’t hesitate to come here again

This place is convenient for me to drop off packages as its right next to the dry cleaners I use. Today was the first day I dropped off prepaid labeled packages. I was charged $ 1 a package to drop them off! I wouldn’t come back again as I can drop them off at Postal Annex for free. It’s not as if she had to do anything. I had taped them and they already had labels on them. Thought I would give this place a try but now that I have I wouldn’t go back.

very convenient and very reasonably priced. owner/​operator is very friendly and knowledge ANNND helpful. Ive known her for almost 10 years! Yes, it is a slow process sometimes. She works alone most days. Would be 5 stars if access was 24hours. location is great too. Grocery, Laundry, Wells fargo and Chase bank close as well as fast food places. One stop shop block!

Wow! I’m impressed with the work and services they provided! Live scan went through less than 10 min. They prepared and entered everything then call you in to double check every single line with them! And it’s very cheap compared to the last place that I went (that didn’t know what to do and messed up on my application). Highly recommended this place for live scan pharmacy student intern application!!!

I did my best to be patient, especially since I could tell the owner was training someone. I went here to get my live scan. This is NOT my first time applying for one. She basically tried to change the info on the form that my employer printed out and sent to me. Meanwhile two other customers were getting frustrated at how many unexpected fees there were and how slow they were moving. It was just a bizarre experience. Only come here if you have an hour to kill.

Came here last Friday to do a live-​scan so I can be in the record books in order to further my career. Overall, it was a smooth interaction and even though I was missing a bit of info, he was able to find it and make the whole interaction even smoother.
I wasn’t aware how much a live-​scan costs prior, but it turned out to be a bit more than I imagined it would be. Wasn’t sure if that’s the way it is in general, or if this location charges you a bit more? I don’t know. Either way, the worker here was truly helpful and make the whole process of getting every single one of my fingers scanned as painless as possible.
There was also a lot of other interesting things that could be done here, but we were hungry so we didn’t stay and browse for long. Either way, this seems like a place that has everything in order.

The worst customer service I have possibly ever received in my life. I needed a finger print scan for my contractor’s license. DO NOT GO HERE. I waited 10 minutes while she was on the phone (I needed it done since time was limited). She wanted to get her computer fixed rather then help out customers in front of her. There were 3 of us! All just sitting like idiots waiting for her. Has no courtesy what so ever.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

These folks are so helpful and hardworking! I visited Post n Parcel with my husband and two little kids because I needed passport photos, a notary, and FedEx service to get our visas to India squared away. Despite it being a very busy Friday night for them, they patiently helped me assemble and even correct 4 visa applications. The visa package (2 inches thick of forms and documents) arrived on time 2 days later. Thank you for helping us that night. We went from a disorganized mess to feeling a huge weight lifted from or shoulders. Glad you could help us through the crazy visa application maze!

Great place to come get your fingerprinting done! i needed a record review for work and I walked in and was able to get it done in about 15 minutes. Of course, if there are people in front of you mailing packages or picking up stuff, expect to wait a little bit, but it’s really no biggie. They have a lot of fun little trinkets to look at (pocket cards, artsy fartsy calendars, etc.) so that helps kill time. For my fingerprints (record review only) it came to under $ 45.00. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a small charge for using credit cards (a little over a dollar) so bring cash if possible! I would use this place again. Oh make sure to fill out your paperwork ahead of time, and bring your ID!

This is the closest that I had to a post office in the area that I used to live at. They do notary, which I usually go here for, you can mail letters out and purchase mailing supplies, purchase greeting cards, you can even take your passport photos here. It’s always interesting for me to look at their little trinkets that they have on sale at the counter. Some of them are pretty cool. The lady who I’ve seen each time I go in is pretty helpful. This place is a good place to have around the area for when you just need speedy mailing services or notary when driving all the way to the post office may be out of the way.

Nice lady. But they charge $ 1 to allow you to leave a pre-​addressed UPS package. WTH?! UPS stops there everyday anyway. So I made a quick trip to the UPS store to drop it off.

Like many others on this Unilocal page, I had to get some live scan fingerprinting done and I just happened to be by Wok Star. The nice lady working here did a great job getting my fingerprints taken quickly. I’m so used to everyone else having to redo mine about 12 times. It’s an extra $ 1.50 to use your credit card but by the time I also needed a passport picture, I wasn’t carrying more than $ 60 on me.
As Dunder Mifflin is to Staples, Post-​N-​Parcel is… to the Post Office. You get a slightly personal touch and miscellaneous gift shop items that keep you occupied while you wait for your turn.

I did a live scan here and was very impressed with the lady’s honesty. She accidentally charged me a fee that was unnecessary (which I did not realize) and was kind enough to call me at home later that evening, inviting me to come back in and get my refund.
Only drawback to this place is that you must pay with cash or be charged a $ 1.50 credit/​debit fee. Since I did not see this posted anywhere, I was not prepared with cash and had to pay a fee I would have liked to avoid.

Fingerprints done here for a $ 15 rolling fee + $ 1.50 if you pay by credit card. They don’t take personal checks. The lady is very good at doing the fingerprints and allows you to take your time and double check all your information on the screen before continuing.
Now if only I didn’t just waste $ 67.50 getting fingerprints I didn’t need… but that is my own fault, not the store’s. =P
