Ordered pizza from here for the first time tonight. My recommendation is if you are ordering from them ask them to actually cook it. I got a large cheese and a small sausage pizza. The cheese was average and ok. The sausage was barely cooked and not easy to eat. They could have been rushing since it was only 45 minutes to closing so maybe this wasn’t typical but I won’t go there again. They seem kind of identical to the product coming out of House of Milton pizza across the street. I will say they were very friendly though.

The pizza was dreadful. The cheese was the WORST I have EVER had. And I still now have a stomach ache after eating it. Did I mention when I picked it up it fell apart like a cracker. Only order from here if you have the desiring urge for a nauseous feeling.

When they first opened up, the food use to be really good as well as the service. That all went out the window! The orders weren’t always correct and the quality went down hill and to top it off, The guy that answers the phone is one of the rudest ppl. He rushes you off the phone which is prob why they always get the orders wrong. Smh Last time I attempted to order, the customer service was so bad, he was so rude that I called back to cancel my order. He then had a nerve to call me back demanding to know why I cancelled. I’ll never order from them again. #ConsiderNewManagement

NEVERAGAIN: Here’s what happened. 1st try — falafel wrap –mostly lettuce, not much contents but a MASSIVE tortilla 2nd try because I am nice — quesadilla — basically pizza with stupid amounts of cheese ON it, absolutely not a quesadilla which is, in my opinion pretty hard to mess up! Basically, go somewhere else

This company should seriously be put down. I have been harassed via phone and Unilocal messages by them since writing this review. Called a liar and told what I know to be facts aren’t true. If there were a way to give less than one star I would gladly take my rating back. I can’t believe this place is still open. I’m contemplating bringing this to the authorities. I can’t express how sincerely I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I called in an order for chic Caesar wrap. They asked my name. I gave it and he hung up. Wrap was def not worth $ 7.49! It was mostly lettuce. I won’t do that again.

Didn’t like the sauce and the crust was not great. Ah well have to cross it off the list.

Let’s cut to the chase. The pizza is well below average. The crust is weird. It’s got the consistency between bread and cookie. It’s crust that is Greek-style-wanna-be, with little flavor, and didn’t have the crispy brown top. The cheese is low grade. The mushrooms come from a CAN! Are you serious? I can whip up pizza that is better than this with little effort. The only reason that I don’t give them one star is because they correctly provided the order that I gave, they charged me the right amount according to the menu, they treated me with dignity.

Don’t order pizza here! They constantly get the order wrong and the guy who answers the phone is always abrupt with zero manners! I’ve given them a few chances and they’ve reached my limit! It’s to bad because Milton doesn’t have a good pizza place!

Their gluten free pizza is delightful. They make them in disposable pans so you know there’s no gluten in it. The owner and employers are nice. They did mess up one of my items but they fixed it and all was fine. Love it!

I wanted this to be a good pizza place as there really aren’t any in Milton. I can overlook messing up the order, mistakes happen. Of course if you order a one topping pizza you would think they would remember the ONETOPPING. If that was the only thing wrong. That is really my mistake for not checking the pizzas when I got them. We ordered two pizzas a speciality pizza and what should have been a pepperoni. Unfortunately both pizzas were really bad. Flavorless cardboard probably would have been better.

The calzone was over cooked, and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. One the driver arrived he demanded a extra tip. I will never order from this place again. The service was terrible.

Living in Milton it’s hard to find a good place that delivers. Most often I get stuck with Dominos and lets face it, that crap is only good if you are half starved to death and incredibly intoxicated. So with no real expectations I gave Zach’s a go. SO glad I did! They have delicious greek style pizza with blow your mind options like Mac and Cheese pizza(which although sounded good was a big gamble because not all mac and cheese options are created equal). I have had the Chicken parm Pizza, Mac and Cheese Bites(A MUSTTRY), veggie pizza, and my boyfriend LOVED the spice lovers pizza because he is a psycho and loves burning his mouth off with spicy wings and hot sauce. Anyways, they are always great, fresh, and friendly. I love love love Zach’s and will happily continue order from them, I suggest you try too!

Sauce is heavy and too sweet, dough is undercooked in middle but dry on edges. Greek salad was fine and delivery was fast

I never thought I’d say it but… I miss Mozzarella’s. I had high hopes for Zach’s but after a few chaotic and disappointing experiences I’ll never go back again, their pizza just isn’t worth the stress. The restaurant experience is terrible. During busy hours it’s a chaotic unorganized scene with the owner running back and forth inside the restaurant trying to cook, answer the phone, get deliveries out the door all the while ignoring the customers standing in front of him. There needs to be some delegation of responsibilities here so that the people that were hired to do these tasks are doing what they were hired to do. Instead people are standing around wondering what they should do because the owner is doing everything. It reminded me of little league when the kids don’t know their position yet and they run all the way from right field to catch a ball in left field stealing it away from the left fielder who was right under the ball the whole time. As for the food, I can only comment on the pizza which is average run of the mill Greek style pizza, the same style that is available about 30′ across the street at Milton House of Pizza. My only other complaint is aside from moving a few things around, replacing some light bulbs and littering the front window with messy signs that are clearly out of place among the surrounding East Milton Square businesses, there appears to have been zero aesthetic improvements made to the interior. Mozzarella’s was rundown, dirty and in desperate need of some updating. Unfortunately only shortly after opening it’s doors, so is Zach’s.
