M S Glass Outlet

Shopping for a new windshield is a bit like shopping for a new mattress — pricing varies wildly. After getting a few quotes, I found M S Glass Outlet to have the best price and they were very willing to help me get a windshield quickly.
Here is what I can say:
–Customer service was outstanding both in getting an accurate quote and helping me sort out whether I’d bring my car in or they would come to my house.
–The technician who arrived at my house came in the scheduled time and was kind, thorough and professional.

I contacted MS Glass because a windshield in one of my work vans cracked. One phone call and BAM! Someone was at our shop within a couple hours and a new windshield was perfectly installed and the price was right. Will use them again for sure. And have already recommended them to friends.

Melissa and Lynn were very helpful today after a loading accident with a large organ left the back window of my Subaru Forester smashed out (yeah, the kind of organ you find in your Grandma’s house or at a MLB ballpark back in the day; I’m a musician and it’s a long story for another time).
They quickly quoted me a good price, and I called around to price check. Another company quoted me a little bit less, and after sharing this with Melissa, she worked things out to match the quote from the competitor.
After we agreed on a price they had my window fixed and me out the door within an hour (off to unload that organ and play some sweet tunes hopefully).
This is how business should be done and I will definitely be back for more auto glass needs in the future!

I had a crack in my windshield and was leaving town on a trip. I wanted to get my windshield replaced before I left town. I called MS Glass in the morning, set an appointment for 12:30 PM and was on my way with a new windshield by 1:45. I had checked some other places and the price and scheduling was the best at MS Glass. I highly recommend them.

Truly, as good as it gets! I’ve had MS Glass help me numerous times over the years, with numerous cars and have used both in store glass replacement and their mobile service. Beyond satisfied each and every time! Friendly staff, Melissa is very kind and seems genuinely caring, she’s a friendly face who has been there for quite sometime. The installation guys are always professional and have always treated my cars very well… I’m a little picky about the condition of my cars so this is a biggie for me. I’m sure I’ll be seeing them again soon and have no worries that I can rest assured they will do a great job as they always do! The people here at MS Glass are amazing & knowledgeable. They are very professional and the installers do quality workmanship. The prices are reasonable and they also offer mobile service which is nice when people run a busy schedule. The office is always clean and the bathroom too. I know that if you choose this place for all your glass needs you will not be disappointed. I took my Mercedes in to replace the door glass on the same day it was busted out. I just gave them all my insurance information and they took care of the rest. I wouldn’t choose any other company!

Leonardo, I apologize for any inconvenience your visit may have caused. But just so everyone is aware of all the facts… We had multiple technicians work on your vehicle regarding damage that had absolutely nothing to do with what our shop does. The regulator going out in your vehicle is not because of our staff here at M. S Glass. Every vehicle has its motor or regulator go out after time. We do not supply regulators or motors for your door glass. But to help and compromise with your problems, I had paid my technician, over and over again to do work that he was not hired to do. So the next time you want to complain for us helping you, then please consider all the facts. We are family owned and operated and ratings do affect us. We go above and beyond for all of our customers. Im sorry that your problems are being blamed on us. I had witnessed Melissa trying to go above and beyond to help you, even when you did show up multiple times with no appointment. She was nothing but helpful. If Melissa is getting a rating like this, then i would like to know where to take my car next time. because she is the nicest person to deal with. Again. Sorry that your venting about our company. Maybe you should take your car to a body shop. Where they can repair what you need.

Great service. Had windshield replaced awhile back and had no problems. A rock hit it and when I pulled in today to see if it could be fixed they took care of me right away. They fixed the rock chip for $ 30.

My car was broken into a couple of days ago and along with stealing some of my belongings, the perpetrator broke my window. I was so bummed to come out and witness the aftermath and knew that I needed to quickly replace the broken window and clean up all of the broken glass. I called around to a few places and found that MS Auto Glass was going to be my best option. When I arrived I received the best customer service from their team of professionals. They were able to get me in and out within an hour and a half and I left with a new window and a thoroughly vacuumed vehicle. It’s such a violating feeling to have your personal property vandalized. I appreciate the team of MS Auto Glass being so nice to work with.

I took m White 1998 Acura Integra in or a windshield on 2÷28÷2014 Got my car back a couple of hours later with a nice shiny windshield, Then Drove my car straight home and noticed couple of things I got from MS Glass that I Didn’t pay for while My car was in there Position. A nice New Dent in my quarter Panel, Scratches In my Windshield, and a Split in the foam on my drivers seat from the installer putting his knee on my seat to cut the old windshield out. I talked to John (Manager) about the damage and he claimed the dent didn’t happen at there place of business but he admitted that the installer (Melvin) Had to put his knee on my seat to push the old window out. John was only willing to put another new windshield in my car to fix the scratched one they put in originally. As for the dent in my quarter panel and the Wrecked Drivers seat John told me to Get a hold of the person who sold me the seat and take that up with them. WTF??? and the Dent its still in my car, I notice it every time I walk by my car.
All I wanted was a new windshield none of this hassle, wasted time, and stress.

Melissa and the crew got me in right away and I was done in 45 minutes!
I love her positive friendly attitude and the staff seemed knowledgeable and efficient.

I called the Milwaukie M.S. Glass Outlet come to my home and replace the windshield on my truck. The service I received over the phone was «OK» at best. The person was not that friendly. They told me that someone would be to my home between 1pm-​4pm. That seemed like a bit of a long window, but I’m home with a sick kid so I’m not going anywhere.
The guy showed up around 2pm and said it would take about 45 minutes to complete the job. It actually took a bit less which was nice. When I went outside to pay him, I had to ask how long to leave the tape on my windshield and anything else I should know about caring for the new windshield in the first couple days. He was a bit rude in answering. I got the impression that I should’ve already known all the instructions he gave me.
Ultimately I chose to go with them because they were $ 50 cheaper than going with Safelite, and they are a local company, and I try to support them when I can. The $ 50 aside I think I would’ve been much happier with Safelite. The service I received over the phone with them was excellent (a little sales-​heavy) but very informative and kind. I had a very short hold time, and was told they would wash the exterior of all of my windows and vacuum any broken glass (if applicable) as part of their normal service.
The gentleman that replaced my windshield on the other hand, left dirty hand print smudges all over my hood and dash board. He seemed in far too much of a hurry to get on to the next job (and didn’t speak english very well) so I didn’t bother asking him to clean up his mess. When I called the office to inform them of my experience, I was offered up a weak-​at-​best apology and sent on my way. I wasn’t looking for a discount or trying to ruin someone’s day, just a customer informing a company I hired how they did.
I think it’s easy to say I will not be using M.S. Glass Outlet in the future. Like I said, they were a bit cheaper than Safelite to come to my home… but next time I’ll splurge the extra $ 50.
