Elite Window Tinting is a local business serving the Northwest (Portland & Milwaukie) since 2000. While small enough to offer personalized service, we have recently expanded to two locations to better serve our growing clientele. We have over 30 years of combined experience in window tinting and paint protection, and our considerable excellence in the field is reflected in our numerous client testimonials. Business Owner

Nortwest native and lifelong automobile enthusiast, Tad Ogland began his training in window tinting in 1993, working for a tint shop in Vancouver, Washington. After several years of perfecting the craft, he developed a reputation for excellence as well as a wide clientele base throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Ultimately, this led to his founding the original Elite Window Tinting in Milwaukie, Oregon in 2000. Now, with fifteen years under his tool belt, Tad’s knowledge and experience in window and paint protection films is unparalleled in the region, and his name has virtually become synonymous with quality.
