Don’t go here unless you’re ready to spend money. I went to look and test drive several cars that I was looking for. He brought out keys to a different model and didn’t know what inventory they had. Then when he found out that I wasn’t buying a car right then and there (I still needed to get my money together), he then wrote his name on the back of some insurance company’s card and sent me on my way saying comeback when you’re ready to buy. I’m sorry that you don’t understand what customer service is so no I won’t be back with my money. Oh and get some business cards, handwriting on the back of someone else’s card is very unprofessional.

We had the best buying experience that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. There was no pressure. I left with a van that I just love.
The best thing about the experience was this morning though. We realized after they had closed last night that we had left two magnets on the back of our trade in. One was very important to my husband, and the other is very had to find. I called and they are mailing them to me so my husband can have the magnet that helps him with the loss of his dog who passed a week after he received the magnet.

Bought a 2005 Land Rover freelander for 7,000.
They lie to you cheat you and steal from you DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. 4 days after i buy it the eingen lights came on flashing. And will not drive over 15 mph they sold me a lemon and the guy at the dealership said he would put us in somthing different that we are happy with and when we got there they tried puting us in more garbage from the back lot and take the car in on trade for 1,000 $.

absolutely terrible. By far the worst slim hole I’ve ever seen. I bought my car at a different lot and went with my boyfriend when he found a vehicle there he liked, the truck blew up in 3 months and they refuse to help us. So we have a truck we’re gonna paying on for the next 3 years with nothing to show for it. When we called and tried to figure something, ya know get some help from the car lot you bought your car from. Instead they told us to call back and said they’d call back only to never actually help at all. On top of that when we started getting more upset because the OWNER hung up on us, he had his little b**** for an assistant answer to which she called me a bitch for making a statement about the way they treat their customers (really proving me wrong, huh?) Best believe the only review I’ll give to this shit hole for a company is bad. Don’t do business here if you want to buy a car for an honest company that actually cares about you.

The reviews of this place are true. Being here for a few hours already after my friend already came in twice and dealt with these people to get a truck… I can say their customer service and the way they do things here could use some help. If they could simplify things and double check beforehand with the customer that everything including insurance is in order it would be so much better than making the deal, coming to get the vehicle, and then being told you don’t have all the information needed to take it home. Especially for first time buyers who might not know everything, the sales person should take care of the customer and be able to walk them through without confusing the person and making everything more complicated than it needs to be.

DO NOT COME HERE! The guy straight up lied. Now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t work that I was way overcharged for.

They act nice just to get you to buy a car then once you do they’re very good about not answering calls, avoiding questions, giving you the run around, going back on promises, etc. They don’t stand by their word. If you buy a car here insist on getting it checked by a mechanic BEFORE you sign, no matter how much they assure you. Then, offer way lower because they’re probably not telling you about a bunch of different problems with the car. They might promise to fix something after you buy it but they either won’t or they’ll take months to do it. Basically, they’re shady so be prepared if you’re going to risk buying a car here.

If i could give these guys zero stars, I would. I was going to purchase a 2002 Subura Impreza, which only books between $ 4500 to $ 5500, so I went in and test drove it with my dad. Come to find out it had an oil leak on the turbo, and the clutch was slipping really bad. So I bypassed it that day. I waited almost a month, went back to find it was still there, and they said that they had fixed it. Well; come to find out they «fixed» the oil leak, but the clutch was still slipping really bad, and the salesman acted as if he didn’t know what a slipping clutch felt like, but he knew how to drive one. I asked them to reason with me and either take the money off the price of the car to have the clutch fixed, which was gonna cost $ 800, and they wouldn’t budge but $ 300. It’s been a few weeks since I declined that offer, earlier today I was scrolling through craigslist, and seen it on there again saying new clutch installed, for the same price they were going to sell it to me at first. I called them to ask about it, and the guy on the phone says, «no i told you the price would go up.» I told the guy that I seen the add and he said, «let me get with my guy and call you back.» They went and changed the add, and I never received a call back. So the price they were selling it at with the bad clutch was $ 6495, and like I said before, what it blue books at it is over priced and now that they replaced the clutch, the price jumped up to $ 7999. These guys are crooks and I hope everyone steers clear of them.
