4 Stars because I don’t believe I’d patronize a hair salon this many times without finding something I like about it.
As my tip says, this is a walk-​in salon. Haircuts for $ 14.99, you get checked in, you sit down, get set up on the chair and the trimming commences. All hair cuts include a shampoo and blow dry, which is important to note because a similarly priced walk in hair salon in the area charges the same amount but will not wash your hair.
Why not 5 stars? I’ve attempted to communicate a few hair style preferences to some of the stylists and felt shrugged off. On that note, I’ve also been listened to and had amazing hair cuts here. All in all, I enjoy coming here because it’s quick and inexpensive. The quality of the cut will be for you to decide.
A final comment about this location — They do a lot of hair dying. This means I’ve caught myself having to go elsewhere because they have 4 heads full of hair dye and a wait upwards of an hour. Although I have no complaints about the number of staff members they have on during regular business hours, just be cautious.
Also worth noting are HOURS! This salon is NOT open on Sundays.

I bought my wife a mani/​pedi for her birthday after getting my child a hair cut at this location. A sign on the counter gave the prices of this and that’s what prompted the gift idea. She scheduled her appt, took a day off, eight hours of personal time, and arrived on time. «Your one o’clock is here,» the lady said and then was told that they don’t really do that kind of service, but they are set up for it. The lady assigned to my wife ignored her and went to another client. We did get our money back, including the tip that I paid for in advance, but still feel appropriately ripped off from the service. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff is obvious.

Meh. The price is right, the location is good, but what part of inverse bob, longer in the front and shorter in the back = longer in the back and shorter in the front?
Disappointed, although thankfully the kiddo isn’t the type to get upset about this. Mom fail for not speaking up, but I was hoping it would look better after drying.
I’m giving 3 stars, bc I saw other customers getting good cuts, and the staff was mostly pleasant, and really you can’t beat the price.

SUCH A MIXED BAG!
Rewind to September of 2014: It’s my wedding day, and I wake up to an email from my hair gal saying she’s not coming. EXCUSE ME WHAT? Yes, I got ditched on my wedding day (luckily, not by the groom!). So, I not-​so-​patiently waited for this Fantastic Sams to open at 8:00am and called to see if they could pretty-​please get me in for an up do. I was lucky enough to have reached Tiara who I did go see for an up do. She did an amazing job, was so nice, and really sympathetic to my stressful morning. I was blown away by the service, the price, and the overall finished product.
Fast Forward to January 2015: Having had such a great experience here in September I decided to go back for a trim. I got paired with a gal who never told me her name or really anything else during the 15mins she rushed through cutting my hair. From what I could tell it seemed like she was in the middle of a color service on another client, and pulled me in for my trim while the color developed. Hence — the rush. I asked for a trim, just to get any damaged ends off (1 to 1.5 inches) and I walked out having lost probably around 4 – 5 inches of hair. For someone who has been growing their hair out this was frustrating and devastating.
Needless to say, I will avoid this place in the future — Unless I am able to book an appointment with someone who actually has the skills to perform a simple haircut.

Great place to get a haircut and go nextdoor and get a tan. You can even go the other way out the door and get your nails done and hair removed =). The staff is very nice they are all very talkative, very busy on the weekend. The price is great and they are very family friendly. It makes it sooo easy to get yourself looking good on the cheap. The haircuts are good and they throw in a shapoo and style. I love the staff. Solidy nice place to get a cut.
