Jiffy Lube

Recently went their for an oil change, been there many times. With that being said this will be my last. My car started to smoke a week later, they didn’t put the oil cap back on oil everywhere.
Oh and it was a top off so they didn’t put it in the computer so no refund for towing.

They were fast, very thorough (more so than other Jiffy Lubes I have been to) and friendly. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for a number of years, but I really liked this new management and staff.

Really appreciate the service that I receive at this location!!! I’ve gone to this location for the last several months and they always get me in and out and provide the right advice for my car maintenance!

Do NOT go here! I got my oil changed here in July because I just moved to the area and they came out and gave me the «sales pitch» and told me how I need all these fluids changed and they gave me an estimation that it was $ 100+ for my transmission fluid and that’s it’s unsafe to drive especially when it gets cold… made no sense to me so I passed. Now, today, I went to a new garage near my home and told them to check all fluids because I heard they were bad and needed changing… just picked up my car and SURPRISE my fluid levels are fine. Point of my story — don’t fall for their sales pitch… get your oil changed and dip out! Totally never going back to a jiffy lube because they are too pushy!

This location provides consistent fast and friendly service. The prices are high but they have various coupons and specials to ease the costs. Their waiting area is small but there’s free coffee and it’s next to various shops/​restaurants if you have a long wait.
Caution: The employees are good at their jobs, so they will sell you on everything. It is what it is.

I hate dealing with my car. I dont know a thing about it and I can totally be taken advantage of. I have been taking my car to this location for the last two years or so. I absolutely am a happy customer. The last time I went in, I mentioned that I had recently accepted a new job– first thing the gentleman asked was whether i drive or bus– I now bus so I put way less miles on my car. He said they would just check my levels and then see if i even needed a change. It ended up that I didnt even need an oil change! They topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. I will continue to take my car there and sincerely appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I got a $ 10 off coupon for here so I decided to try Jiffy Lube out. Went there early in the morning and the guy that greeted me was not friendly at all. He asked what I wanted and I told him just a general oil change. He made groaning noises like he was really annoyed and angry at me for wanting an oil change. He angrily told me I was going to have to wait because he was working on another car. I asked him if he meant wait in the lobby for a little bit or if he was suggesting I come back in a couple of hours. «Unless you wanna wait here for the next couple of hours!» he says.
I left, wasn’t going to come back at all but for some reason thought that I really needed to use that coupon so I went back the next day. They had more staff. I told them I wanted their standard oil change. Their credit card machines were broken so they told me I could go to get my cash at the ATM. I walked a couple blocks and back. When I got back the guy asked what I wanted done to my car again – REALLY? They hadn’t even started? Looking for an ATM took about 20 minutes already and they still hadn’t started? In the end I got to use my darn $ 10 coupon alright – yet my total of my oil change WITH the coupon still came up to $ 45. NEVER GOING BACK!

Purchased a Signature Service oil change with tire rotation, vacuum inside, fluid check, etc.
Only thing done was an oil change. $ 45 for an oil change? No thanks, not coming back here

My wife has been going to this Jiffy Lube location for a few years now and has had nothing but good things to say. We recently purchased a second used car and I took it there for an oil change.
This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. The manager on duty is really friendly. He told me about some other repairs my car needed, but I never felt pressured to buy them or the high mileage oil he recommended. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
