History

Established in 2007.

received my Massage Therapist Certification through the Aveda Institute in 2007 and began my massage and reiki practice. Currently, I specialize in Deep Tissue and Medical Massage for: Auto Injuries, Work Injuries, Sports Injuries, TMJ, Low Back Pain, Sciatica, and Neck Pain. I’m also skilled in Swedish massage to help with relaxation for Stress and Anxiety. I’m a master Foot Reflexologist for those who suffer from chronic foot pain and plantar fasciitis.

I started practicing Reiki and chakra work in 2004 and acquired my master teacher level in 2007. I’ve treated and taught hundreds of clients the art of healing since.

In 2009 began doing massage therapy in area hospitals where I gained valuable experience in pre-​natal massage and post-​partum care.

In January of 2012 I started teaching massage therapy at The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis.

I received my massage certification and training from the Aveda Institute in 2007. I studied the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Injury and Rehab, Reflexology, Chakra Work, Relaxation, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone Massage. I also completed my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2007.
