Like Melissa W, I am writing this before receiving services. I have had an absolute nightmare trying to deal with this company. I purchased a Groupon, and was excited to treat myself to a nice facial. I called to schedule, and although it took a few tries (and unanswered calls) to get it set up, I did. Unfortunately, I forgot to write down the date of my appointment. For the past two weeks, I have been desperately trying to reach someone. Anyone! All I wanted to do was confirm my appointment date. I need to schedule child care, so knowing ahead of time was imperative. I made no less than 22 calls since ¹²⁄₂₀ (it is now ¹⁄₉) I left messages with their answering service (they are unable to access scheduling info) I left messages on their voicemail. I called at 9:30 — when they open, up until 6pm. I contacted Groupon for their help– reiterating that I needed to know appointment time in advance. I got an automated email from Ideal Glow at 11:05 today, notifying me of an appointment at noon tomorrow. I called to reschedule. No answer. So, I’m left with less than an hour to try and reach someone, or I end up paying for a service I can’t receive. I finally (after having to set up an account online) accessed the schedule, and changed my appointment time. I am hopeful (though skeptical) that they will honor the fact that I busted my ass to reach them, and cancelled with 30 minutes left on the clock. It won’t surprise me if they inform me that I will still have to pay/​waste my groupon. SOOO hoping I’m wrong on that one, I will update review if/​when I actually get my facial.

i have nothing but praise for Ideal Glow. Maria is knowledgeable and has magic hands. She explains each process. Microdermabrasian feels like nothing else out there, and it is strangely pleasant. It makes wrinkles turn faint. No products are pushed. i’ve always been lucky scheduling. i’m going back, again and again.
