From moss rock to mold, SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning LLC has cleaned and restored many homes and commercial properties over the past 37 years. Founded in 1978 by Gary Gilman, SteamMaster offers cutting-edge technology and superior customer service. It has grown from the first carpet cleaning company in the region with a truck mounted van to a fleet of over 20 vehicles and 26 employees, some of whom have been with the company for 10 to 20 years.
Gary and his wife, Julie Stoxen, met in 1980 and have a young daughter named Maggie.
In 2005 the company was awarded Business of the Year through a local chamber and tourism bureau, Vail Valley Partnership. In 2008 SteamMaster won the Eagle Valley Chamber Business of the Yea

Gary Gilman, CMRS — Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor
Gary Gilman is the President and owner of SteamMaster Carpet Restoration & Cleaning, LLC. SteamMaster has offices in Minturn and Frisco, Colorado. Gary launched SteamMaster 31 years ago and in the years since has led the way in innovative restoration techniques and technology in the Central Colorado Region.
Gary is a Certified Mold Remediator with the Indoor Air Quality Association Inc. I.I.C.R.C. certifications he holds include; Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Odor Removal. Gary frequently attends seminars on mold remediation presented by various organizations.
