Description

History

Established in 2010.

Sage loves to bake, she loves to make good food and drinks, she loves to please the eye, and she loves to make people around her happy. Being an independent individual, and a charismatic girl popular in Vail Valley, she started her own artsy café and bakery.

Fast forward to today, and you see a cozy, welcoming and unique café with the food as tasty and healthy and full of love as it gets. As a bonus, her colorful walls are filled with pieces by local artists. Good, times.

Sage P.

Business Owner

Sage has been local to Minturn for several years. She is a type of person that is much more pro-active than reactive. For her Vail Valley café, she set a goal of creating a social place where the local community and tasty natural foods foster synergy and the bestest vibes. Coffees, smoothies, organic and vegan, quality meet, wholegrain, home-baked goods, local art — she excels in it all.

Being an animal lover, she has her doggies ready to help at any time.
