By far the worst Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Super long lines due to a lack of proper operational management. Multiple tellers walking around the floor greeting customers whereas there is only one teller servicing a line of 15 — 20 clients??? Makes no sense.

Most of these reviews are super old! I had to state the truth how it is now in 2016… Used to be crazy lines but they opened up a new center on the other side of town and now this one closer to my home is perfect! Not crowded most of the time, very helpful and knowledgeable reps, and some new super cute tellers! Credit card gets me $ 25-​$ 40 in cash rewards every month and their app is the best! Bye Chase! Love B of A!

The bBofA branch manager was very inconsiderate and just ignored the 16 people in line. I asked for additional tellers and she closed the door to the office… Seriously?

If I could give a half a star I would this is the absolute worst branch ever. Everyone here is super slow and acts like they don’t know what they are doing. I would rather play in traffic than ever have to deal with this branch again

This was the worst B of A branch I’ve been to. The wait time is always long. Last time I was here I waited over 35 min before being helped. The line was full and they only had 3 teller working. Today I waited for over 15min and they only had 2 teller working. I got so frustrated that I actually ask the teller how do I go about with drawing all my money and transferring to another Bank and instead of apologizing for my inconvenience she told me I can request a cashier check and close out my account. They act as of they don’t need my business. Worst customers service from a bank.

They have a serious problem with costumer service. That have 8 people working yet only two are working as tellers. This is a clear example on how not to work a bank! Then they have the guts to ask if I want to open an account. They can take that offer and apply it to people who don’t know how they work!

Ridiculous lines and only 2 tellers. Seriously, like we have all day to wait in lines to pay bills or cash checks.
Something needs to be done. I hope the Manager or GM reads this review and decides to change the Bank Of America culture and provide the customer service that we all expect.
One star for not running out of cash.

Zero stars is more appropriate. 40 minutes in line. 1 business teller and 1 general business teller. 20 people in line and the Tellers offered everyone a new account, mortgage or credit card knowing the line was about to reach the front door. I complained to the manager she said «you have a choice in banks, tellers are doing their job by offering additional service». She missed the point, how can you offer more services when you can’t handle what you already have. Get more tellers or make them more efficient. I will never open an account with them, ever.

ZERO star review if I could! I had to wait over 30 minutes to see a teller. That is so unacceptable! I don’t ever go inside the bank unless I really need to and today was one of those days unfortunately. There were easily 20 people in line and only 3 of 7 windows open. It was only 1:30pm too. I can’t imagine how much worse it will get as the day goes on. There was zero acknowledgement from staff and management to the customers. What happened to good ol’ customer service and common courtesy? They clearly lack all of the above here. Now to think of it, the few times that I’ve had to come inside this branch has been dreadful. I hope I don’t need to step foot in here ever again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bank! Travis a banker was rude and arrogant. Haun a teller was more interested in enforcing policies that are not posted and are only used at this specific location. Businesses that deposit more than 2 million a year get treated like we are peasants… Do yourself a favor don’t bank with BOA and if you do, don’t waste your time or energy here

Laura is by far the worst «customer service» person I have ever encountered during my 13 years as a customer.
Refused to help me, then made me feel really upset and uncomfortable with how she was treating me. When I told her that I would be canceling my accounts when I got back home she did not care or say anything. Also refused to let me speak to a manager when I wanted to complain about her.
Incredibly unprofessional and the interaction made me feel very uneasy. Do not bank here and especially do not deal with Laura.

By far the WORST WORST bank ever bad ass service !!! is like everyone that works here is dead !!! been waiting for over an hour almost 2!!! Still no one to accompany us ! They take in the people they no first which is really unfair for all of the other ones that’s been waiting for sooo long… If I can give no stars I would.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES IN LINE. I could not believe they only had one person for such a long line. I bitch them out when I got to the window. Why the HELL don’t they get another person behind the counter instead as a grader, Don’t tell me «Hi how are you and act like there is no line of 35 people there. Worst Place Ever!!!
