I guess I’m not a woman of my word because we ended up going back and a funny thing happened, one of the worst servers they have noticed that my husband and I were there and made a visible effort to change my mind about how I feel about their service. And although I can’t say her habits have changed she was pleasant and funny and kind of explained herself every step of the way and totally won us over. We’ve even gone back a few times making sure that she’s our server.

Our server was excellent, the kitchen was a bit backed up but she kept our drinks full and delicious bread and oil coming. When the food arrived it was amazing, the skillitini was very tasty with a bit of a kick. Tried the peach belini… wow!

Last night we went to dinner(Party or nine) and service and our meals was great, Our waitresses(Christina V.) was Fantastic! Our drinks were never empty! We did send back the Balsamic Chicken it was to dry, but they were very accommodating and fast to replace it with a new dinner selection. We were very happy with our overall dinner experience!

Attended a birthday celebration and though there were 18 of us our service was excellent, Alex was amazing. We had large family platters and had enough left over to take some home for lunch. The only drawback was it was too cold in the restaurant and I didn’t bring a sweater.

This was the first time here for my husband and myself. The service was very professional. My server was very attentive. I appreciate that even the manager came over to check to see how everything was going. Food came out in a timely manner. I would recommend the Johnny’s combo because it has a little bit of everything. Also, the unlimited bread and oil with the meal made it even better. I would be coming back here again.

I love Carino’s not only do they have the best food but the friendliest staff but great prices. I’ve lived in Eastvale for 10 years and this is the best food establishment by far in Eastvale. I come 2 times a week and have never had a bad experience.

Came here today for the first time, ordered the tilapia jalapeño pasta… This is one the best dishes there! The service was great and our food was out to us quickly! For dessert we tried the tiramissu wow was that little slice of pie amazing. Only thing in the pasta it could have used a little bit more seasoning!!:) but other then that it was great!!! definitely would go here again!!!

Great food, great service! The bellenis are fantastic. My cousin and I crave them. I love the skilletini. Really good flavor. If you’re looking for some delicious Italian food this is the place. If you like coffee the tiramisu is homemade and melts in your mouth. Great place for family and friends to meet up.

This location has one of the best customer service. The manager there is very nice and also knowledgable of the menu items. We ordered what was suggested and it was delicious! I enjoyed the skillettini, it had a little kick to it. There’s no doubt in my mind, I will be coming back!!! Ask for Tad!!!

Love this restaurant! I always get in right away and get such great service. The food is amazing! The bread with the oil and garlic is a must and the mozzarella sticks are DELICIOUS! The salad was refillable which is awesome and they put it in a cold bowl with a cold fork so everything is nice and crisp. My favorite dish is the Bowie festival. Order it! You will not be sorry! Lastly the chocolate cake is the best way to end your visit. The staff is warm and welcoming. I’ve had one server twice and she was amazing. I don’t remember her name but she has short hair and her daughter works there also! The manager T was great! Came by to see how we were doing and made us feel welcome. Will be back soon!

I love johnny carinos! But today it was the worst experience. We sat at the bar. The bartender was just rude as if he didn’t want to be there and showed no attention to us at all. The place was not crowded so I see why it was so hard to get a drink… we finally got our drink then once finished never got offered another one. Usually when you see a glass almost empty you ask if the customer would like another drink. Other than that the food was good like always. But service needs a new bartender who actually enjoys his job and pays attention to his customers. I won’t say a name but he was on duty Thursday night. I will never go to this location again because of him and will just go to the other location on foothill near Victoria gardens since they closed all other locations near my house in west Covina… probably because of service like this guy.

Warning: Potential Debit Card Fraud It has happened on two different occasions at this Carino’s Eastvale, once to my husband and now to me. I dined there on a Friday and by the following Monday, my Bank called to advise there was fraudulent activity or potential. The food and customer service is ok — what I expect of an Italian food chain restaurant. But due to the risk, please do not use your debit/CC.

Mediocre to say the best. The balsamic chicken was super dry, and doused in so much balsamic it was almost inedible, actually now that i think about it, it was really inedible since i didnt eat it and neither did my sister; I took about 2 –3 bites, she took 1. The steak was actually pretty decent, cooked and seasoned well just needed a pinch more salt, & pepper. The table fresh baked bread is probably the best part of the establishment, served with olive oil and garlic bits. Haven’t been here in years and I just remember the menu and the pasta being so much better. Our server was very friendly, might i add a little forgettful, but very friendly and tried her best. They have some great Happy hour items at reasonable prices at the bar only, so maybe I’ll come back and try that out. Other than that, there’s not much to say except that the angel hair pasta that came with the chicken and steak was very bland, dry and needed more ingredients. I added garlic sauce, artichoke hearts and some fresh ground pepper as well as some fresh parmesean cheese and all was good again. I think I’d rather go to olive garden next time if I want americanized, & commercialized italian food.

It kills me to write this review because we love coming here but something was off today. We came in, sat in the bar area and the server looked busy. However, he had help from another server. Everything went down hill once we ordered. My husband asked for butter, it go there when the bread was gone. Ordered an appetizer, which our server brought out with the food? This made no sense because the appetizer should have come out before the food. I ordered a $ 4 bellini and was charged $ 4.50. By the time the food and appetizer was there we asked our server and the girl helping him for bread. After my pasta was getting cold because I was waiting for the bread in order to eat I got up. I went up to a third server and asked for bread. She stated the obvious which was, you have to ask your server. Well no sh*t sherlock. I explained I had already done that and if you could just hand it to me myself. She went to go get our serve and by then he had brought out some bread. My husband didn’t think the server was this busy to give us bad service. We always tip well knowing the industry but today, the service was beyond horrible to the point where we didn’t enjoy the meal. My husband had to get up in order to pay the bill because our server never came back. Maybe next time we’ll order To-go.

Usually when i go to this place i get it togo but if you plan on dinning in and having some drinks the bar area is a great place to watch some games and drink cheap $ 2 Beers. Well as i usually get my food togo i don’t like to wait and when i did dine in the service was crap and it wasn’t even crowded and maybe because I’am younger they think their not going to tip good well not really sure but when i get good service i leave a nice tip well and you may be asking why 5 stars like I’ve said one of my favorite dished i order ahead of time and pick up and go don’t forget to get some bread on the side makes the meal that much better. I order spicy chicken and shrimp penne pasta togo over 20 different times over the years but thats why this review gets a 5 star only for the dish not the service. If you work or live around Eastville it a legit spot to get your food on the go.

The bread was delicious, nice n soft n dipped with their oil with bacon bits. I enjoyed my order of lasagna. It wasn’t too saucy or cheesy. The dessert, tiramisu was disappointing… way too creamy n puffy. Dont order the tiramisu. …actually I wouldn’t order any dessert after that.

Just move on!!! Perhaps we were here at a bad time but there were three tables of loud young children. I’ve been in that position… teach your children how to behave! Service was only ok. Meal was boring and very bland. Although we were there just after noon, bathroom(ladies) was not clean and one paper towel dispenser was completely empty!

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten great lasagna, so i heard from a friend about Carino’s. Boy am I glad that we came in! First we were quickly greeted by a great waitress named Bethany. As a beverage I tried their blackberry Italian soda/cream. Yum so happy I did. For a appatizer I ordered the ½ shrimp scampi. Another yum! It’s full of taste and it comes with a garlic toast. I also tried their wedge salad because as we sat there… table after table was ordering it. I figured it must be great. Another yum!!! Fresh iceberg lettuce /tomatoes /candid nuts/fresh crispy bacon with a tasty blue cheese dressing. Our entrees were amazing! I had their Spicy Ramona Chicken Boe tie pasta. YUMMY! husband had their 16 layered lasagna. OMG! HOMERUN! So delicious! I will definitely be returning soon. Thanks again Bethany, for all your great suggestions and excellent service! The restaurant is also a great location for family gatherings.

Based on the reviews, I wasn’t expecting too much of this place. We came here on a Saturday around 3pm for a wedding reception dinner. The service was good; our waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was average and what I tasted was about as good as you would get at Olive Garden but I don’t know how they compare on price. The spaghetti sauce was average and tasted mostly just of tomato with little other seasoning. I didn’t get a whole meatball(the meal was served buffet style and by the time I got to the line, all the meat was gone from the spaghetti and the pizza had also disappeared) but the one I tasted was pretty good. The Caesar and garden salads were also pretty average. The garden salad had tomato, and red onion. My favorite part of the meal was the bread, which was served as two mini loaves along with olive oil. The olive oil had little pieces of toasted garlic in it. The bread was soft inside but a little crunchy on the exterior. It wasn’t amazing but I did prefer it to those bread sticks they serve at Olive Garden, and the garlic olive oil was a nice touch. I also had some of the farfalle, which was served with an alfredo sauce and had chicken in it. This was also okay, not outstanding, although I’m not a huge alfredo fan. The malbec I ordered was decent. Overall, it a decent spot.

This place was way better than the one in Fairfield. The hosted greeted me with a smile and when I said I was waiting for more ppl she offers to sit me or if I prefer to wait they would get a table going. I opted to wait. As soon as my party came they sat us. The server came quickly and got our orders going as quickly as we decided what we wanted. The ONLY reason I give it 4 Instead of 5 is that the menu selection has gotten SMALL. It was hard to decide what I wanted. And as far as healthy choices they don’t have much.

I really want to like this place; my kids are big fans of the kids meals. Every time we go the service exponentially gets slower. Went in on Sunday for an early dinner figuring won’t be too busy. I was right not busy. The service was lackluster, I had to get our own menus, silverware, and had to ask for my drinks. The server was nice when he came around. Food was good, but presentation is everything. I am so glad I have not received any Carinos gift cards for Xmas, no way am I returning to the Eastvale site. I hope that place turns it around. Like I always say, it’s ok to try and fail but don’t fail to try. Get it together, Carinos.
