Horrible place !!!
They lost my cashmere scarf and lie to me they never took it at the first place!!!
REALLY? I said and showed her the ticket. of couse it says date, number of item and their address. even the time the ticket printed.
STILL SAYS NO ! and give me all BS and lies.
This one big lady who’s working there is almost evil, not even one time out of at least 10, she never says hi or be kind but gives me bad attitude.
Please save youself from this place!!!
My caremere was $ 240 not only that it was so meaningful to me, for many years we’ve been to paris, japan, seychells… whole world together and it was my favorite…
Can’t believe they not only lost it but still trying to get away from it!!!
Please go to French laundry right near by, or somewhere else!
Place like this and person like that, they don’t deserve good business. PERIOD !!!
