I’ve been working with Dana in the last trimester of my pregnancy. She is knowledgeable, gentle and professional. I feel more prepared for childbirth and it helps with my minor pregnancy discomforts. Any questions I have about poses to help with pregnancy concerns, she is able to assist. Her approach to yoga is very hands-on, which I love! Since she is helping me to get into the positions as well as possible, I feel it is much more productive and still very relaxing.
