Battleground Games specializes in Board Games, Yugioh, Pokemon, Warhammer, Buddy Fight, Vanguard, D&D and Magic: The Gathering. We also host tournaments and events for gamers. We will soon be running events for Super Smash Brothers, Street Fighter and other video games.

History

Established in 1985.

Battleground Games acquired Krier’s Cards and Comics in 2015. Krier’s has been in business for over 20 years.

We started Battleground Games out of a mutual love of gaming and our company vision is to grow by introducing people to gaming but also retaining everything we love about the community. Gaming is first a foremost a community to me and I respect and appreciate everyone that is a part of my community.

I started playing games when I was very young; they have played a major role in my life since the days of Sega and Nintendo. I eventually graduated to Pokemon and even had the opportunity to play on the Magic the Gathering Pro Tour as a competitor.

I see the Battleground as a fortunate opportunity to do what I love for a living and to make friends with so many people that share my passion for gaming. That is always what we will stand for at the Battleground and I look forward to meeting you there.
