Cute place with friendly owners. But the service is slow, especially if you’re sitting outside. Food is mediocre. I personally will not be back. I was not impressed by the Phở. Very few noodles, broth was watered down, chicken was overlooked and it took almost 20 minutes to even get my drink.

I was really disappointed with this place. The food did not seem fresh, the service was rude, and it was hot and gross inside the restaurant. I won’t be coming back.

Love this place! All of the employees/servers are always nice. The food is the best by far in the area. The outdoor seating is also a big plus.

The restaurant is in a great location downtown. Little place with a lot of character. When you walk in its extremely clean! Also there’s a little outdoor patio. It’s owned by a husband and wife. They’re both hard workers and polite. When I walk in I’m greeted right away. They serve cucumber and mint infused water. Also they offered us a new appetizer– ginger garlic chicken wings. They were served hot and so delicious full of flavor. I ordered the seafood rice noodle soup. It was served hot with fresh herbs and jalapeños. My babe got a pork vermilcilli bowl. We were both highly satisfied! This place is a gem. The service is outstanding. Family owned business, quality food. This is our second time here, we’ll be back!

Best way to finish off Pride in the Park. Walked over to this cute establishment with the most polite and sweetest owner. Got the phở meat soup which was well portioned with just the right touch of broth. Highly recommend if you are a die-hard phở noodle kind of person. Best part is sitting on the patio and listening to music in park. Suggest coming to visit during events.

I would give this place more stars if the staff actually pays attention to what their customers order. I’ve been here twice now and the old gentleman who’s the only host always makes mistakes when taking our orders. I’m not sure if it’s because of the language barrier, but I’m sure it doesn’t take much to figure out what I want if I’m also pointing to the picture on the menu. Other than that, the food is pretty good. All I can really compliment about this place. Suggest hiring someone who understands English a little better and maybe younger and more attentive.

This phở was a lot better than expected but I guess a lot of the smaller places are actually really good… It may not be the most authentic but the broth was absolutely delicious! The service was pretty good either but it seems like they can get a little confused if you don’t speak clearly… Just a heads but otherwise a great experience!

Very cute place with great phở, and fresh and tasty spring rolls. Owners were very friendly, place was clean. I wish they’d update the name here on Unilocal as it’s now Phở Vy.

I’m always afraid to try new phở places because some places use too much MSG and it makes my neck swell up. I ate at this place a few years back when it was iPho and I had a stir fry which was mediocre. I decided to try one more time now that it’s Phở Vy and I had the seafood phở($ 7.75) with a berry smoothie($ 3.50). Lo and behold, no neck swelling! The glass of water is cucumber and mint infused. Refreshingly different than lemon water. The service was great and I even noticed that they pay a good amount of attention to those who choose to eat outside. The restaurant is decorated with a lovely grape vine that is bearing fruit right now.

Tasty phở, but not too authentic. Would have loved some of the meat ball option, but maybe that’s more Laotian. Way better than fast food or Chinese food and they are quick with their service. Very nice people. There is a $ 10 minimum if you want to use a credit card that I think is ridiculous, but I’m a return customer and I’ll come back again!

This my favorite Phở place in Modesto! The menu is small, which I find helpful, and everything that I have tried on it has been absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the green tea with milk and any of the soups. More importantly, the service is prompt and extremely courteous; the owner and the staff truly care about whether or not you have a good experience and like your food. In conclusion, this is the perfect little place to grab a tasty lunch while soaking up some sunshine on the patio.

Our favorite Phở in Modesto, and possibly all the land! Service is always and I mean always above average. The owner often takes the time to stop and talk and recommend! The food is simple, small menu, fresh and always delicious! Take the time to check this wonderful little restaurant out one day this summer:)

I got the banh mi, Not really filling, but still pretty good. The café is kinda oddly placed. Had to go in a big circle to get there and parked. I wish I had bought more food. Will go again though :)

I’ve only had or known people who’ve had 3 menu items from this restaurant so I can’t give the best review, but given the price, customer service, and food quality/amount, I give this 5 stars. It is one of my favorite places to go for lunch, especially for sit-in dining. FOOD: I usually get the Spring Rolls or the Lemongrass Tofu(subbed from Chicken), and I’ve heard the Thai Tea is really good. I love the seasonings they use on the lemongrass dish which comes with lots of wonderfully sauteed onions, some rice, a bit of yummy salad, as well as a small bowl of soup. Even if you If you order the Spring Rolls, they are really big! 2 rolls come out in 4 ~4-inch cut rolls and they’re really filling and delicious. You probably can’t finish all of that plus another entrée unless you’re really hungry!(pssst! Bring your own takeout container — they only have styrofoam here.) Though the menu is pretty limited, it’s got a good variety and I have really liked everything I’ve eaten. The food almost always get to us within 10 minutes. They also come with all of the condiments and hot sauces that we all love about thai food. CUSTOMERSERVICE: The server I have is always really nice, pleasant, and patient. The owners are very friendly and have always accommodated all my meal edits. PRICE: The price is pretty good — you’re paying about $ 5 for appetizers and usually about $ 8 – 10 for the entrees. Make sure that when you are ready to pay, you actually go up to the register. Usually the server doesn’t come around to pick up the check. ATMOSPHERE: Keep in mind, this place is SMALL but it’s cool and clean and never too busy. There is always room but always a couple of other folks dining as well. It does have a bathroom but it is connected to the kitchen. I love coming here and am very happy to patronize this restaurant! It is family-owned, pleasant, and makes great food.

Well Of Course I’m going to give it 5 Stars! This is my Family’s Business which coming here is like eating at Home! But of course with more decorative bowls and Plates haha! But for reals, the menu is simple and straight forward. Food comes out fast and presentable! Staff is friendly and don’t hesitate to request Anything you want customized as well! Eat outside or in… either way you’ll enjoy it! Order the drinks, spring rolls(no bean sprouts) lol, entrée phở, rice dish, vermicelli then even a banh mi sandwich to go! Might as well go All out! Lol haha thank you!

Formerly known as «iphoe». This family run joint is full of nice folks that run this as a family. Tonight I got the BBQ pork Vietnamese sandwich and it was only $ 3.75 plus a huge bowl of Seafood Soup with Rice«noodle». That was only 7 bucks. I’m very happy I’m here
