It would be nice if they actually listened to what you order. But every time I get to the window my drink is wrong. It either has whip or not all four shots. Today my drink was right tho but I waited in drive thru for ten minutes got to the window and they parked me out front for five more minutes. This place has a serious management issue.

It’s sad to see a good business like Starbucks being run by incompetent people. They lack customer service and you tell right away they don’t care about the customers. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 bagel and a cheese danish. I got my drinks and bagel but no cheese danish, I was patient for a while and then after seeing a few pastries go by I spoke up, instead of making it a priority since clearly they forgot about me the lady just says«ok.» I wait a few more minutes, still nothing i look at my watch and see that I’m already late for an appointment so I couldn’t stay and ask for a refund. I would have come back later but the lady didn’t even give me the option of a receipt. I’ll never come back to this Starbucks again. Yes I know it sounds a little petty, but you pay a little more coming to Starbucks expecting to find a well organized system to get you in and out. Unfortunately it was not the case.

This Starbucks seems a lil not up to standards… their drinks are not always correct and some of their workers that aren’t regulars are not as courteous. It seems like this is the place where they train beginner baristas or something. When I do come to this one because it’s on my way 30% of the time my drinks do not taste as they should even when I get it re-made it still doesn’t taste quite right.

READBEFOREGOING!!! Never fails everytime we come to this location the drinks are ALWAYS wrong and top it off the wait is horrible. It’s not like we order complicated drinks at all but still they manage to give us the incorrect drinks. I get it mistakes happen but literally every other time I come I get a drink incorrectly. The wait. The wait is horribly long, even on days it’s not crowded and if they mess up your order plan to be there an additional 10 mins to remake and correct their mistake. CUSTOMERSERVICEISHORRIBLE to top it off. They always seem in bad mood and they get irritated and mad at the customer if you tell them the drink is wrong. Today’s visit I ordered a drink it was wrong I let the guy know.(The guy with a little tiny pony tail on top of his head) he was rude. He took drink yelled at the guy who took my order. In mean time my drink was remade once it was ready the guy with little pony tail slid the drink on the counter didn’t say one word. Like okay? Not even here’s your drink thank you. Have a good day. Sorry for mistake. Nothing just slid it there and somehow expected me to know that was mine? HORRIBLESERVICE! I kept coming to this location since it is close to my work but I will drive the extra distance and go to a Starbucks that has good customer service and doesn’t have issues of making their drinks wrong.

Coffee is part of my morning routine. Whether I make a french press at home, order mug after mug to sip over cards with friends, or grab an iced cup in the drive through on early mornings, it sets the tone of my day. That is why I will never return to this location. Your brew methods are wrong. I can taste it. Your prep methods are wrong. I can taste it. Your customer service is terrible. You know it’s true. Every single visit results in at least one wrong beverage, and when I’m alone, that beverage is mine. Every. Single. Visit. I’m not sure if it’s an attempt to cut corners/save money, or simple negligence on the part of employees, but their iced coffee is disgusting. Truly. I dare you to order it and prove me wrong. I’ve attempted more than three times to have my beverages corrected, and all of them ended disastrously. So. In the interest of saving time, I drive ten minutes out of my way in the morning to avoid the frustrating, stomach turning hold ups you can expect at this store. Save yourself the time and money, and find a different place to grab your quick cup of joe in the morning.

Standard Starbucks. WiFi — Not Good! Smaller location, the seats are frequently taken. Standard coffee. I avoid this place because the WiFi ain’t great, the coffee is standard. If you don’t care about WiFi, go to Mocha Magic down the street.

The only reason why I continue to visit this store is because it is so close to work. Drinks are terrible. Iced coffee is always old and sour tasting. Iced tea is never made in a shaker. And hot beverages are usually filled 2 inches from the top. There also is this extremely rude girl in the drive thru. Never a smile. Always a frown. Always grumpy.

There’s something about this location that attracts truly incompetent employees. Honestly, every time I go, the one thing I can count on is being blown away by how terrible it is. This has been true since it opened, and many people I know have the same experience here. I just ordered a grande mocha and a venti hot chocolate. Very simple orders, no modifications. I got two mochas. In the summer, I order a black iced tea, unsweetened. It literally requires two ingredients thrown into a cup of ice. It’s always wrong. 100% of the time. I never have trouble at other Starbucks locations in Modesto, or in my hometown of Chicago. What a bunch of idiots.

I went for two drinks this afternoon and the staff was friendly and drinks were made quickly. I thought I was having a pretty good experience, but when I got back to the office, my friend and I both opened our drinks and they were only about ¾ of the way full. We both got grande pumpkin steamers, but it seemed like they only gave us the amount of a tall steamer and put it in a grande cup. This was disappointing, but I was already back to work and didn’t want to drive all the way back over there for replacements. It’s just disappointing when you’re looking forward to a treat and don’t get what you paid for.

I love this location. Frequent Starbucks stalker, and this particular one has a special place in my heart. It has a bigger city neighborhood feel, being downtown and right across the street from Ralston Tower(a senior community living complex). It’s in the parking lot with several other businesses and has a drive-thru. The Save Mart supermarket in the lot closed not too long ago, and nothing has gone in to replace it as of yet. Again, this location is downtown, so you’re bound to come across at least one homeless person, though I have to say, now that I think about it, I have never been pan-handled at this location. Having worked downtown for many years, this location is a habitual haunt, and my preferred choice even when they had the one right there across from the Center Plaza on the corner next to the Brendan movie theater(the baristas always seemed to be in the mindset that having a customer was THEBIGGEST inconvenience EVER). Not so for this jewel of a Sbux. Definitely café atmosphere that is welcoming with a competent staff.

I’m going to give a 4 star for the way the manager handled my problem when I came back. But I’m very suspicious of how and why the issue happened in the first place. I sent my son to go buy us drinks. I gave him 35 dollars in 5s. When my son paid the cashier he was itold the 5’s were fake. They took the money from him and really couldn’t tell him how they determined them to be fake. They didn’t test them at all. They didn’t call the police or anything. My son was so embarrassed he just paid with his card and came home. I was highly upset because I know that money was real! I went back and spoke with the manager and she quickly said the cashier was mistaking the money with the money from the car a head of him… uummm what? She said she would go get the money out the back. When the manager returned I questioned her again. Why would she get the money mixed up. She literally showed my son his 5s and said see they are all fake but couldn’t explain what made them fake. The manager said she has no idea what happened. Or how it happened. She gave me some free drink coupons because while I was handling the problem my drinks melted. Has anyone else had any issues like this? Money issues?

Coffee is usual Starbucks quality. Staff is friendly and generally attentive. A bit unusual experience if you need to use the restroom. You have to free up one of the baristas to allow access to use it. Every so often they have issues with the local transients and hypes so this was the solution. Music is at a conversational level and a wide variety of genres is played. Seating area is mostly single tables with chairs. No lounge chairs like you find at the Merle Avenue Starbucks.

Stop by here every week on my early morning before volunteering with some little kids. I almost didn’t stop my first time because there were 3 – 4 cars ahead of me and I thought the wait would be too long. To my surprise, they got through the line extremely fast and this has remained true even after all the times I have been here. I first ordered a latte which didn’t taste very great and have more recently switched to green tea lattes which they make a lot better. The far from great tasting latte was part of the reason I didn’t rate it higher(though I suppose I shouldn’t expect much more from Starbucks). Along with this, I have heard the worker’s conversations multiple times. One of these cases, I heard one girl telling the others about her crazy night out and the other I heard a girl complaining about how busy they had been. Coming from someone who has worked many years in customer service, this is something workers need to ensure that customers do not hear.
