KFC – Kentucky Fried Chicken

For the first time ever I wish I could give a business zero stars. Waited 20mins for some Hot Wings to go with the rest of my order. They also managed to forget the only drink I ordered. When I got home, ALL of the Original Recipe chicken in the combo bucket I also ordered was super greasy, soggy, really dark grey (yes, grey), AND falling apart. We got two little dipping sauces to go with 20 Wings, thanks.
I drove back with the disgusting chicken in hand and spoke with a «manager». While nice, she didn’t seem super engaged. Almost like this store was use to complaints. Bucket of Chicken replaced and a Red Velvet Cake thrown in for my troubles and I was headed home.
Okay, take two. This chicken was all Crispy since I didn’t want to take another risk on the original again. Big mistake as we were left with a whole bucket of totally flavorless chicken. Zero seasoning made the flour taste of the batter really stand out.
It also made the undersides of our tongues dry out. Flour that is not cooked out completely, really weird. The Hot Wings suffered the same lack of seasoning, although still somewhat spicy. Weird again.
Their «Finger Lickin’ Good» sauce is terrible as well. Just a mix of their other sauces, it really doesn’t stand out in any way except that it is so muddled, only a child could have come up with this crap.
It is safe to say that I will never return to this KFC again. Not that I am a big fan of Korporate Fried Chicken anyway.

Horrible… I went one time at 9 and got hard chicken that were tiny and they left put the cookie. didn’t give sauce that I asked for. The Hispanic supervisor is not polite. I went today for a 5 dollar fill up and was charged 60 cents extra for lemonade… I know it’s only 60 cents but no where does it say it’s extra?! Their stuff is always half ass. Stay away from this location!

I was craving for some KFC so i called in and order in advance. picked it up and went home, got home and our order had some stuff missing. I was really mad because they said everything is in the bag so i didn’t bother checking it before I left. I had to drive 10 minutes back to pickup our forgotten stuff. I know it’s an hour before closing but come on Le-​Ann (manager) I don’t want a slice of pie you offer. I was just too mad for pie. your worker ruin my dinner and you want to offer me pie, thanks but no thanks.

Came here for dinner, Damn, almost $ 30 for food for 2… Yes, TWO people, doesn’t that seem outrageous? I got home, not even a mile away and started eating and the «crispy» chicken was hard & stale, the doublicious sandwiches were so stale & dry I could barely bite into it and swallow it! The biscuits were hard, everything was not to my satisfaction! I tried calling to let them know that I would be on my way to return the food, no one answered the phone and I called and called!
I got to the counter and let the guy know I wanted everything redone, i took a seat and the guy offered a soft drink on the house! Whoop whoop!
I don’t get why fast food places serve the left over stuff that has been sitting around, I think every place should be like Jack In The Box– They don’t make it till you order it!

I live around the corner from this KFC, so at night when I get a craving for some boneless chicken you would think, oh how convenient! The problem is, this KFC advertises that they close at 10pm but if you go at 9 or any later, they never have any chicken. Miraculously they run out of chicken every single time after 9pm!!! First off, you’re a freaking CHICKEN restaurant!!! How do you run out of chicken??? THAT’S LIKE PIZZA HUT SAYING UHHH SORRY WERE OUT OF FREAKING PIZZA!!! I have noticed that when you come up to the drive through the ovens are already cleaned and the real reason for not having any chicken is that the employees want to be out the door by 10pm, so they start prepping for close at 9 or before, and to the owner of this restaurant, think about how many people who might have that late night urge to grab some chicken and watch a movie, that your employees are turning away. If you don’t think that the hour of turned away customers is bad, then think about the customers who decide to just NEVER return because they can never get what they want when they do come. This KFC sucks, I have to go further for my food now, but at least I can get it when I want it and it’s hot and fresh! You say you close at 10pm, then stop serving and actually start closing at 10pm, not whenever you feel like it!
