Got my order wrong, but I double-​checked before I drove off, so they fixed it. Soda was not soda. Tasted like chlorine water with some fizz. VERY disappointed, especially for the amount of money spent.

I went to Wendy’s drive thru tonight 11−30−14, just to get a quick bite from shopping today. I usually have decent service and food. I just want to say when a customer asks for their food a certain way the right thing to do is fix it. I ordered a bacon burger and asked for no tomatoes and when I received it, it had tomatoes and over cooked bacon, as if the burger was under the warming lamp for a long time, fries were cold and if I was close I would have went back, but next time I will be making sure what’s in the bag before leaving I gave 3 stars because I still have faith.

This store needs a surprise audit! I’ve frequented countless Wendy’s establishment throughout California, and this one just doesn’t measure up. Dirty windowsills, soggy hamburger, lackluster produce… Manager needs a wake up call.

Great Job!
I’ve found that the quality of Wendy’s can vary from location to location. I’m told some are corporate stores and others are franchised. Though I’ve had very mixed results at different locations, This particular location is very consistent. The order is always reasonably fast taking into consideration the time of day or business of the store. My food has always been served HOT when it should be like sandwiches and especially fries! (Who likes cold Fries?) Nearly every place I’ve ordered fries it seems that cost cutting is more important than serving a customer HOT fries, well not here. And just as important, the staff is better than average in terms of friendly politeness when given the same. (for all the people that like to complain about rudeness, most fail to recognize it’s the rude customer that invokes a rude response.)
Bottom line, keep up the great work. Some people do remember the good and not just the bad.

If you want a decent burger then Wendy’s is the place to go. There are better places but you pay the price. Dollar wise, Wendy’s is still the best.
