Rudest counterman. I will never call or go again! I have been a great customer since they opened. Oh well there are 3 other pizza places with in a mile anyway.

Age wanted to find a new Italian restaurant. We all agreed they had Really good food, excellent service and prices. We had linguine and white clam sauce, it also came with salad, bread and butter. Waitress was great, décor was cute and it’s BYOB. We plan to return. Molinos is unpredictable, Villabate has made their portions smaller and it’s over priced. Mondellos was great! Other people’s food looked great as it came by as well!

Had the shrimp penne vodka. Have to say, one of the tastiest I had. Brother got a sausage roll that was fair. The free bread was okay. I had better at other places. The service was attentive and pleasing. Will try their pizza next time.

Went there for the first time 2weeks ago never again. Had a half price coupon paid $ 15.00 for $ 30.00 worth of food. Placed our order meanwhile left the coupon on the table the waitress took the coupon to show the boss He came back and said it’s a mistake it should be 15 percent off went back and forth finally said were leaving. Then he agreed after much complaining about I can’t make a living at these prices. Buy this time the food was delivered. After all that, food was just fair. Will never go again neither should you.

Sooo… I have been ordering from these people since I moved here…(4 months ago) havent tried anyone else was in love… but tonight… proved to me what people actually ppl can be. I ordered a large pie half plain(for my kids) half sausage peppers onions. Plus other things like wings and garlic knots. When food came to home the pizza look horrible The one half had soooo much onion(mind you sausage pepper onion) that anyone with a onion fetish couldnt eat it. There was hardly no peppers nor sausages. So when I called and complained the OWNER told me that I had something me wrong with me. That his pizza is THEBEST… there is NEVER any thing wrong with his food…(let me tell you worked in the food industries long enough. .everyone messes up.)so he told me to bring back your bring food back eventhough there is noooo way its horrible. I brought it back and he threatened me.(Outside mind you) He Threatened me to call cops because I wanted my money back. Are you serious! By hear say they are drunks and saw that tonight. I loved there food but well you dont talk to any of your costumers that way. And the«RESPECTIONIST»(TaKE-OUT girl… forget… what a liar to keep her job. They sincerely hurt me. And with that. they are now not worth my time and money. Not to mention do they deserve anyone? I will not be threatened by a man… sucks food is great but owners and workers need attitude changes.

Very obsessed with their eggplant Sophia on focaccia bread. Penne vodka and chicken piccata are other dishes we frequently order. Never sat and ate so can’t comment on service always get delivery.

Very friendly staff. Pizza is excellent and the scungil and calamari over Linguini was some of the best I’ve ever had !

Came in here one night around 9pm. Everything was closed up(chairs on top of tables, pizzas removed from display case). We asked the guy at the counter what time they closed. He told us 20 minutes. The sign on the door and online said 10pm. We tried to place an order of sandwiches, but seemed to get an attitude from the guy(I think he was an owner). After a minute or 2 he finally acknowledged us and took our order. When we went to pay, he asked if we had cash, and huffed when we only had a credit card. They have a sign on the counter«Min for credit is $ 10»… our order was $ 20, so I’m not sure what the big deal was. The food was okay. I had a panini, which I was not a fan of. My fiancée had a chicken parm sandwich which he really liked. My two cents — If you want to run a business and make money, don’t be rude to your customers who are trying to pay for your services. If you wanted to close early, then tell us the grills closed. If your food was amazing, I’d over look it and come back. But if it’s not, be nice to your patrons. If it comes across like we’re a burden to you, we won’t come back.

Probably the best white pizza I have had in a long time! But if you don’t like grease you will be very disappointed. I LOVE greasy pizza but it was a little much even for me. I definitely recommend it if you are in the area. The tv was very loud so I don’t recommend sitting down to eat but don’t let this small factor stop you from getting their delicious food.

Came here just to pick up some pizza! Basically I walked in and walked out within a span of 2 minutes. The pizza is already warm so there was no time wasted in getting it heated up. When you enter, the place looks very small(by the counter where the pizzas lay) but there is a huge sitting area to the side! I thought I spotted a nicer sitting area in the back but I’m not too sure.

I called Mondello’s and ask if they were hiring, a woman said yes and to come in to talk to the boss. I went in and talked to a man who was very rude. The first thing he said was«Do you even have experience?» He kept talking about how I didn’t have experience and didn’t make eye contact. He started to sit down before he even finished talking as if he didn’t have time for me. For a business that’s looking to hire«experienced help» the place was empty on Saturday evening. I’m not surprised at all.

The pizza is mediocre at best. The Server was rude. My wife asked if any of the items labeled as sausage rolls contained pepperoni as you could clearly see they did. He replied rudely«they all do that’s why they are called pepperoni rolls». We got one served over cooked and the outside was way to Crunchy. Also the movie rush hour was playing at full blast in the dining room. The guys behind the Counter were enjoying it but the diners thanked me when I asked him to Turn it down Also they wearing sweats and t shirts you don’t who works there and who doesn’t. I would not go back. I don’t need attitude when giving away my money. I shouldn’t be bothering you if I am a paying customer.

We were looking for local Italian Restaurant for some traditional food in a comfortable and casual atmosphere. We discovered Mondello’s nearby and it exceeded our expectations. Although offerings were standard Italian fare, all entrees were well prepared and the portions were generous. If you get a similar craving in this area, Mondello’s will satisfy it.

Big portions and fairly affordable, but just not tasty. Very bland and no lower calorie fare.

Wonderful food here, in a very comfortable, immaculate and welcoming atmosphere. You can grab a pizza to go in the front or sit in the nice dining room and order from a menu that, as far as we can tell, doesn’t have a loser on it. Last night I had a great broccoli rabe, sweet sausage & penna, while my wife had a gnocci dish she thought was superb, and our daughter had shrimp in a creamy pesto sauce. Our friends simply had a couple of slices and salads, so the options are many. Very reasonable prices, too. BYO, with a store just a few doors to the left where you can pick up wine and beer. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice little Italian place. Plenty of room for large parties, but the dining area is more of a clean open pizza parlor feel, then a warm dining room feel, but you can manage. Really good food. Nice selection of Italian(eggplant, veal, seafood, etc.), pizzas, calzones, heros, cheese steaks, hot and cold antipasti, soups, salads, sandwiches/wraps. BYO.

Delicious authentic Italian food. Huge portions good for sharing or family style dining. Oddly enough, they have a $ 2.95 «sharing charge», for a family style dining. Makes no sense to me.
